Great service
Nigel was brilliant! We were well informed on what options we had and quoted on on all options. He turned up when he said and quickly set to work completing the job in no time at all. He even made us aware of a gas pipe in the wall which we didn't know.

Great job, nice chap!
Nigel did an excellent job installing a new digital aerial and associated accessories. Installed a new aerial port too and no mess. Removed all the old aerials too and got everything working throughout the house. Professional and polite from initial contact to job completion. I'll be recommending him to all my friends.

My parents needed a digital aerial
Phoned NK Digital Installations on Thursday evening because my elderly parents had no tv channels.
On Saturday 8th January 2022 a chap came out called Nigel to do the work. My parents had an old analog aerial which needed replacing fot a digital aerial. It was pouring with rain but Nigel still went up on the roof of my parents house in Beeston and got on with the work. Nigel was excellent and very efficient. He did a really tidy job, nothing was too much trouble. My parents are very happy with the work he carried out. Excellent service, would recommend Nigel to anyone in a heartbeat.

Great communication from Nigel from the initial call to visiting our property. Nigel was very considerate wearing shoe protectors whilst indoors. Our fault was diagnosed quickly and explained with 0 pressure on if we went ahead. Fairly priced and left a proper invoice/ contact card should we need in the future. Overall great service.

The gent from NK Digital was superb
The gent from NK Digital was superb. A very tricky job which others may have moaned about. He cracked on and absolutely smashed it, we now have aerial feeds to 4 separate rooms in our house. The signal is excellent and the gentleman explained in depth how the signals are split and distributed.
Would have NK Digital back in a heartbeat!

Speedy and first-rate repair
I lost tv signal to the kitchen. Nigel replied very speedily with options for checking the issue. He was in contact to let me know arrival time and very quickly diagnosed the issue as a decrepit aerial. He did a brilliant job replacing this and the connection so now sorted. Dry professional and would happily recommend to others.

I selected NK Digital from their reviews on Trustpilot, and I certainly wasn't disappointed by the very high service provided by Nigel. He arrived ahead of schedule, after phoning first, and despite the awful weather he fitted a new digital aerial (after testing the signal from the existing aerial, which was very low). Nigel provided me information throughout his visit and I was left in no doubt what was required. Nigel is very professional and I would highly recommend NK Digital.

Loss of all freeview channels
I lost all connection to my freeview channels. I called NK Digital Installations who responded very quickly and provided a very efficient, professional and helpful service. Nigel replaced the amplifier and my freeview services have all been restored. Highly recommend this company.

Contacted Nk who came out and gave us a quote within couple days. Nigel was lovely and explained what our options were. As this was for my mum who is recently bedridden he squeezed us in for the installation. Lovely man great service, would not hesitate to recommend the company.

Excellent professional service
Nigel did a great job sorting out the aerial for my mother-in-law. Unfortunately she'd had a cowboy do some work for her in the past which is now properly sorted. He installed a new aerial, amplifier, 4g filter, 4-way splitter and replaced a cable that had worn through and was letting in water due to not being tied down correctly on the roof. Highly recommended.
