Just got my order it was fast my regards to you

Already received the order, everything is fine, thanks.

Bought an item off them at the start of April, 2 months later still no product.

Tried contacting them multiple times and no response to my emails nor on their instagram account.

When contacting them as a "new" customer they responded straight away which makes me believe they are a scam.

Do not buy from them, i luckily have purchased them through PayPal as i always do with websites im unfamiliar with so ill go through that route as a method of refunds.

Their refunds policy specifically mentions no refunds after 30 days, their tracking order number they provide is just a scam it's all in chinese and my package never left china.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ITS A SCAM

Complete and utter scam - never received my bands after 12 weeks, when I was told it would be two. Tried to contact numerous times with no response. I suspect the reviews on their website are misleading and do not reflect the service I received.

100% not legitimate. I suspect this site is just reselling cheap products that come directly from China so even still delivery could take 2 months. Customer service was non existent.

I disputed the payment with my bank and Visa fully refunded my purchase.

I have tried to contact this company about my order numerous times, and have recieved zero replies. 5 weeks and counting on my order, no updates and less than convincing amount of detail on the tracking number. I only wish i had looked at their reviews on here before wasting my time and money on them.

Scam, Shocking Customer Service - like most people are writing below, this website is a scam. They take your money and ignore your emails about orders going missing and no updates.
Do not give your money to these jokers.

Took over a month to receive resistance bands, broke on first use.

Shocking experience payed over 5 weeks ago and item still hasn’t arrived they are refusing a refund and now not replying to my emails AVOID AT ALL COSTS do not give them your business they are criminals and an embarrassment to society!!

I left a bad review thinking this company was a scam, it took 6 weeks but today the order eventually arrived.

Scam ! I dont understand how this is still on Instagram ?! Like I reported this page numerous of time !!!!!! They don’t reply for a messages or emails!

This is a scam company avoid at all costs! Placed an order at the end of March/beginning of April and my order is no where to be seen.

Email them numerous times with no response.

Will be looking into legal actions next

Please do not buy from this website. This is a scam and the scammers are exploiting those currently in lockdown.

Item still not arrived one month later despite them advertising 10-15 days for the UK and that they are shipping as normal.

After querying this with them, my exact one-line response was:

"we can't get a refund because your oder has already been shipped, but you can send it back and get the full refund asap.".

They are now ignoring my emails and refusing to acknowledge that my item hasn't arrived. I will be taking this up as a dispute with my credit card.

A month on and still not received my item. The response I keep getting is the item is shipped and be with you shortly. Caution to future buyers.

Item not received... 30 days later .... contacted supplier and advised I cannot have a refund without returning item first... but it’s not actually received??... so tricky situation .. furthermore the tracking reference provided does not exist

Ordered some resistance bands, after 15 days I have received my package and I am completely satisfied! Great Instagram and email support.
