Call Centre useless
I called this company to enquire about a vase that was described as large but in the specification stated 60mm. The young lady confirmed the product was 60mm. I stated this is 6cm which is tiny. She seemed clueless as to what a cm is. She also stated the item was discontinued yet item states in stock on website so they'd quite happily take your money for an item that is no longer available. I'll shop elsewhere and avoid this company.

No item, no refund.
Purchased item on 24th June, delivery date given 29th June. By 7th July still not arrived. Requested refund. Over a week later still no refund and no replies to my emails. To avoid this headache please shop elsewhere.
