The item i ordered did not fit me correctly. I then initiated the returns process & thats when the issues started.
They're first response to my request for a refund was to state they dont do them!
I then queried this & politely pointed out that this wasn't exactly good customer practice. They responded with several demands which were apparently clearly stated in their T's & C's, which involved sending images of the product to ensure it was in good condition & the label on the the package was the delivery address.
I sent these images along with a request for an address to which I could return the item of clothing.
In their response they didnt supply an address but instead made me an offer of 30% refund.
I have rejected this & await their response.

Not only was it impossible to know what size I received but what the garment was actually made of. It could be 100% cat hair for all I know! The return policy is clear on the site, 14 days yet nowhere on the site is the fact the company is in China and I received the same run around as others about 20% partial refund, then 30% and then 40%. So exhausting! I went through my credit card protection plan to get a full refund. Save yourself a HUGE hassle, DON'T BUY A THING!

Avoid: wrong product and no refund without chargeback
I strongly advise against ordering from this company.
I ordered a tracksuit in size XL, but received a product with no size label at all, and the jacket was clearly too small. When I contacted customer service, they repeatedly asked me to confirm the size — which is impossible if the item has no label.
Instead of resolving the issue, they offered a partial refund to keep a defective product. I declined and returned the item at my own expense.
The return shipment is now stuck in customs, and the company refuses to issue a refund until they physically receive it, while also claiming that all shipping and customs issues are my responsibility.
This is despite the fact that:
- The product was not as described (no size label, incorrect sizing)
- Their website promises “returns within 14 days, no questions asked”
- There was no clear information about customs risks or additional costs
Customer service only repeats the same message and refuses to take responsibility.
As a result, I have now initiated a chargeback through my payment provider.
Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I recommend others to be extremely cautious before ordering.

This company is a total scam, there website would make you think you are dealing with a European company, when in fact its just a front for a China scam drop shipper. The goods are not great quality and are advertised as Cashmere, if or when your order arrives and it will take weeks, they don't contain labels indicating the material. I doubt vey much its real cashmere. They also make it incredibly difficult for you to return any goods as you are expected to send back to China to arrive within 10days. They will not give you a refund, only offer a partial refund, 10%, 20% etc if you keep the goods. You then wait weeks for the refund, chase multiple times, it no surprise the refund never arrives. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

False Advertising
This company boasts their products are the finest quality and money back guarantee. I purchased a cashmere cardigan sweater 2XL that was advertised with buttons. It arrived, w/o buttons, too small ( clearly not 2XL) and I returned it the following day. This was on Dec. 30, 2025. It is now nearly 3 months later and I’m getting emails from them stating that the item is in China customs so they can’t proceed with my refund. I’ve been going back and forth with them through this whole process. I’ve tried getting in touch with my courier USPS and they’re saying tracked the item all the way to China. However, they say that their hands are tied because “they did their job” ensuring it went to the proper province and after that the hope is that it eventually gets cleared through customs and finally arrives at its destination.
It yas been 3 months and I also paid $35 for shipping. Now I’m out $145.00. Terrible business!

Forget about returns or exchanges
I ordered a track suit from NOBA. When it finally arrived, I found it too itchy, too small, and with a faulty zipper. When I tried to return it, I found NOBA largely unresponsive, and the return policy so difficult I concluded that NOBA really didn't welcome exchanges or refunds. They finally offered me 30% of the purchase price rather than a return. I took it. I lost the battle, but I'm glad to be rid of them.
