Absolutely love my men’s nightie!!! Amazing customer service and great quality stuff

Customer service has been nonexistent on the occasion I contacted them. I have purchased many items from Noctu in the past. I recently wanted to buy two pairs of harem pants. Noctu’s website homepage offered a 15% discount, but at the checkout the copied and pasted discount code was denied. I contacted Noctu through their ‘Say Hello’ contact form, to explain, but they didn’t respond.
Very disappointing.

Contacted by company and resolved.

Bought 2 lovely items, but one the wrong size. Returned asking for an exchange. Nothing happened, no refund, no exchange. Chased twice by email, no reply.

I’ve bought two sets of PJ’s, socks, and a blanket over the years from Noctu. And most recently ordered a new pair of PJ’s. The quality is very good, the colours are vibrant, and designs are simple but look great. I wish they did a range of dressing gowns.

I have purchased from Noctu several times before and their PJs are lovely. I placed an order in December which didn’t arrive. It took a little while to get that sorted out but I’ve now got my order - otherwise it would be five stars

Took a punt and ordered a load of their nightwear in the sale. I'm so pleased, as they're beautiful! Soft, comfortable, stylish. I absolutely love them. The clothes arrived within a few days, beautifully packaged. I find myself not wanting to get out of them!

Really lovely PJs - you can tell the difference on your skin. The colour hues are calming, the material is very comfortable and washes and wears well (I've had mine for about 3 years). I wish they had a lower price point / more frequent sales so that I could have more than one pair, more inclusive sizing, and an affordable range for babies and infants. In other words, I wish the clothes weren't so pricey and exclusive so they were more affordable for more people.

Quality item. Would definitely would recommend. And made in the UK.

My family & I love the gorgeous soft organic nightwear. We love the seasonal changing colour & styles. We’ve mixed & matched different designs over the years. It’s made of such soft lovely fabric. I love treating everyone to new pair of alpaca socks in their yearly stocking, they are so warm & cozy, thanks Noctu 🫶

Thank you noctu for my gorgeous new pyjamas! I have wanted a pair for ages and treated myself, I haven’t been disappointed at all. They arrived swiftly and the quality is fantastic. I’ll definitely be buying more & looking forward to seeing the new collection. Thank you!

Just received my 5th pair of noctu pyjamas, I absolutely love them, so soft and comfortable,wouldn't buy pj’s from anywhere else.

Lovely clothing, shrinks quite a lot. But disappointing service. Purchase a hot water bottle cover that started coming apart after gentle infrequent use. Emailed them 3 times for support, they never replied.

Lovely clothing but really disappointed with that lack of inclusive sizing . For the 2nd year running my husband has brought me their pj sets for my birthday. They have started doing XL and XXL but only in 2 of their designs. All the other lovely stuff - skirts , jumpsuits, nighties only go up to a M/L ….. why ??????
I spoke to an advisor from the company a couple of years ago and they said we’re going to be offering XL across their range very soon - still hasn’t happened. Sending back as I’m committed to brands that offer XL throughout their range .

Noctu make beautiful, high quality garments. I love what they do. However, their returns policy means that buying from them is a bit risky, at least for me. I paid just under £5 to return some items that were not quite right. It's difficult, I'm imagining they are a small business. At the same time, it becomes too risky to buy online, if I have to pay the returns bill.

I absolutely love Noctu! I just bought three more of my favourite item because it’s so comfy. I don’t buy new clothes very often but I make an exception for Noctu. It’s 10/10 from me!

Sleeping will never be the same. Us humans spend a lot of time in our lives sleeping, that is why I chose to get myself proper pyjamas! yes, you m right think it's bit expensive- but it's not something I would get cheap with. The sleepwear is beyond believed soft and I don't feel like overheating.

Simply just amazing! It's clothes is very soft and simple and very pleasing.

SO comfortable and really simple but flattering...the material is really soft but of great quality and a bit stretchy. Perfect for comfortable summer dressing or sleeping in! I got the size small which still reaches my ankles (I'm about 5'7), so definitely on the long side but exactly what I wanted.

Noctu sells 100% organic cotton nighties and pj's for men women and children. I have shopped with them for some time. Their nightwear is good quality and very environmentally friendly.
