It was a great piece of kit and enabled the whole family to keep in touch with my mum during covid and beyond.

We all enjoyed using it and uploading our stories for my mum. She loved looking at the pictures, they kept her connected and made her day brighter

Helped my Dad keep in contact with me whilst he was in a care home. He was deaf and using the telephone was becoming a problem for him. Being able to see me plus the Komp having a high volume and receive photos and messages brightened his day♥️

We got a KOMP because my mother was in a care home near to my sister's house but far from mine. With KOMP calls several times a week (as well as visits whenever I could manage) I was able to maintain a far better relationship with her as her Alzheimer's worsened towards the end of her life. It was a very valuable service.

An excellent product which has enabled video calling for an older and non tech member of the family. The delivery was rapid, the device was easy to set up and use, and the after sales customer support has been absolutely outstanding when there was an Internet connection problem.

The KOMP video facility has literally been a lifesaver for my elderly mother. She was 88 when we first organised this for her, and it has meant that family, friends and loved ones, have all been able to keep in touch over the past four years. We looked at every other option to keep in touch, including iPads and smartphones, but all needed some form of intervention from the call recipient. KOMP was the only video facility that didn't need any physical input. We could not recommend this product highly enough – simply outstanding.

I found the KOMP easy to set up, with the help of the care home handyman. Having found out the relevant code number it was possible to use the care home’s WIFI. It’s great being able to leave the volume setting in the same position so there is never a problem with hearing each other. I used the KOMP every day that I was not visiting my mother- we used to sing as an important part of our communication and she loved being able to see my face. Excellent value for money!

This is so clever and kept my mum connected to the family spread all over the globe. It was lovely to be able to post current pictures she could see too. Very easy to set up and use.

Great product. My mother with dementia has Komp as her all time favorite, and her family enjoy sharing moments with her on a daily basis.
A technical issue was quickly handled by customer service and a new device is on its way to Denmark.

Fantastic customer service, prompt delivery. Very simple to set up and transforming for an elderly person who was unable to use other devices due to arthritis and dementia.

Komp is the best thing since sliced bread!! It absolutely saved my elderly mother - and the rest of the family- being able to ring her and see her - and she us - was priceless. We all enjoyed seeing the photos posted and that was a bonus. Customer service is so good too. We are now going to use it for my father-in-law.

The Komp device was ideal for my ageing father who didn’t have patience to faff about with iPads and laptops. Just switch the komp on and that’s it. So simple once us youngsters have set it up. Great for sharing photos and having really good quality video calls from anywhere in the world. The screen is a good size, camera field of vision is excellent, microphone is very good for picking up speech, speakers and volume control is all good. All care homes should have them.

Customer Service is great. The KOMP itself is a lifeline for my Dad. So simple and so crucial for us as he has dementia and finds it difficult to manage his phone.

An excellent way to use technology to communicate with those unable to use a smart phone or tablet. We rented a Komp for my elderly mother during Covid and afterwards. She loved getting photographs of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Secure and simple to manage from my smart phone. We also used the video chat service. We got her own broadband as the signal without was not effective in our area. Customer service has been excellent with any problems dealt with remotely and quickly (once or twice it would freeze). Highly recommend!

Komp is a nugget of treasure that not many people seem to know about in the UK, which is a shame. It’s so easy to use. Through Covid I could video call my mum (who has dementia) and help her prepare a meal. My brother could dial in from NZ to keep in touch and she loved the photos we put on. I’m sure it could have helped more families who had relatives isolated in their care home rooms. The No Isolation team are very supportive with any initial technical issues and has run smoothly for over 2 years.

Komp made it possible for the extended family to keep in touch with my elderly mother. She was in a care home when the pandemic hit, so this was a life saver. So easy to use... any dealings I've had with company have been very positive with swift responses to any problems. Have recommended to many friends in similar circumstances.

This device is a blessing, I can keep in touch with my sister who is in a care home in England and I am in the USA. What is so good is she knows her calls are safe, just chosen family and friends; because it's on the internet there are no added costs and the time one can spend is limitless. My sister loves the chats and the photos of family, keeping her continuously in touch.

Mum has dementia so I have to ring her to ask her to switch the KOMP on but I have just discovered the sleep mode so I am going to try this and this will make it easier for me to check in on her.
