The Nolah Evolution 15 Luxury Firm Mattress is the BEST mattress I have ever slept on! Great support, including edge support, and it relieves my hip and knee pain. Definitely a "miracle mattress" that is well worth the money.

This is my 3rd mattress buying from Nolah and every experience has been wonderful! Easy to find what I need, shipping was incredibly fast, and the mattress was packed perfectly. And the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. I’m going through a divorce and just moved out on my own and I had to have the same mattress I had before because it was so comfortable.

Very comfortable mattress and an easy/quick ordering process

Our first mattress, a luxury plush, was just too soft for us so we took advantage of Nolah's 120 night guarantee and exchanged it for the luxury firm which was perfect. The whole process was handled very professionally. Nolah setup the pick-up of the first mattress to coincide with the delivery of the replacement. Absolutely no complaints. Their product is top notch and their level of customer service is what all companies should strive to attain.

When I purchased my mattress it arrived promptly and was as described. It opened up easy and was ready for someone to sleep on it. I would like to purchase another, but need to know which is your firmest mattress. My old body craves something firmer. Not ready to abandon my old mattress but will move it to another bedroom for guest to enjoy.

Super fast shipping. Comfortable right out of the box. We've only had it for a couple weeks so I'm not sure if it will stand up over time.

This is the best mattress I have ever slept on. I have one complaint: You need to divide the mattress thickness into two pieces so that the springs and coils are in a separate container. That way one can insert a pleated bedskirt over the bottom container that houses the coils and springs. Putting everything into one container means there is an ugly bottom showing.

Love your mattresses I have bought 2. Loved the pillows that came with the mattresses. I wanted more of the same pillows but the ones I purchased later aren’t even close to the same as the ones I got with my mattress purchases. They are flat. I’m a side sleeper and loved your old pillows because of how full they were.

Separate fees for almost everything ( mattress removal , pick up if returning, etc.)
I do like the free pillows; they're really good.

The matress topper is great. I just wish there was a little more communication on shipping and how long it takes for delivery.

The mattress is like sleeping on a cloud and has amazing support. We purchased 2 mattresses a couple of years apart so far (king and queen) and love them both. My husband has back pain and said this mattress provides outstanding support.

The most comfortable mattress I have ever owned!

My opinion of this company went from good to bad in short order. They were good to deal with on the front end and shipped the mattress I ordered fast, but it went downhill from there.

The Nolah Signature 12 memory foam mattress I ordered was never medium firmness as described, but hard as a brick, like 9/10 firmness. It makes me question the many glowing reviews that this company has, since I highly doubt my mattress was anomalous.

As a side sleeper with shoulder and hip issues, this bed was horrifically bad to sleep on. But that's far from the only issue I had/have with them.

After the 30-day trial window elapsed they require you sleep on the mattress, further problems arose.

Arranging a pickup through their network of non-profits that donate the mattress took over a week, much longer than other bed-in-a-box companies I've tried.

Then, after submitting the pickup companies receipt, they began dragging their feet on refunding me the $1,200 for the mattress. It's been over a week and I still haven't gotten the refund issued, despite reaching out. They keep telling me that they're "processing the refund" which is bunk, it doesn't take that long.

When I compare this to their competitors from whom I've ordered and returned mattresses, they issued a refund within 24-48hrs, regardless of whether it was a weekend.

I'm giving this until Monday and then I'm calling my credit card company to involve them. I'm royally annoyed because $1,200 isn't chump change by itself, but also because I've already purchased a replacement and want my money back towards the new mattress.

This has nothing to do with the mattress. Simply it was not a good match for my wife and me.

Rather this is 100% to do with this companies lack of adhering to its stated policy regarding returns listed on its own website.

We are now (2) weeks from when the mattress was picked up from the firm that they use. No issuance of a refund and the only correspondence received was acknowledgement of the return when WE reached out.

Why is the (2) weeks important? This is their claim via email that it takes to receive a refund. Which by the way is NOT listed on their website.
