Extremely disappointing experience with Mobilum.
My experience with Mobilum has been one of complete frustration. I repeatedly requested basic information about which Mobilum entity processed my transactions, the merchants involved, the acquiring banks, and the payment routing. Despite numerous requests, I did not receive a substantive response.
The transactions I queried were connected with online gambling, and I repeatedly asked Mobilum to investigate, explain its role, and address my reimbursement request. Instead of providing transparency, I was left chasing answers for months.
A payment company should be open, accountable and willing to investigate legitimate customer concerns. Based on my experience, Mobilum failed to meet those standards.
I have now escalated the matter to my bank, card scheme compliance teams and the relevant regulatory authorities. If you are making payments through merchants using Mobilum's payment infrastructure, I would strongly recommend checking your statements carefully and keeping detailed records of every transaction.
I cannot recommend Mobilum based on my experience.
