I find Nolo's products and solutions to be far superior than LegalZoom's. I've purchased the "How to Create a Non-Profit Corporation" and the "Every Non-Profit's Tax Guide" books and I am very pleased with the ease and accessibility of the products.

I highly recommend Nolo. It is a great way to maneuver your way through any legal issue. It's easy to use interface and broad depth of information were extremely useful when I needed it the most. If you have any legal problem, definitely use Nolo!

Their books are very thorough and everything was clearly explained. I especially found their "Starting and Building a NonProfit" Guide useful. This is something you should try out. I would definitely use their services again!

Nolo has offered a quick and easy way to learn about the laws and who I should contact if I need further assistance. This company is simple enough for an average man like myself to understand legal issues that usually fly over my head, but still very useful. Recommend to all my friends!

I wanted boilerplate I could start with and then modify as necessary for website development contracts. I purchased the Nolo online form for this. Unfortunately, the form turned out to be "locked down" to (intentionally) make it impossible to make modifications other than those explicitly provided for. A tech support person told me the Nolo legal staff doesn't want customers modifying Nolo's language. This made the form effectively unusable for me, as I was unable to customize it to meet requirements of specific customers.

To Nolo's credit, it did refund my purchase price without any hassle when I explained the problem.

I have been using Nolo products for the last 5 years. My first experience with Nolo started when I was trying to start my own non-profit organization. Using their “how to form a non-profit” guidebook, I gained access to all the necessary legal information as well as a step by step guide on how to complete the forms. I love Nolo’s thorough approach to what can be many legal technicalities and questions. Never been disappointed with a product and absolute great customer service.

I have enjoyed using Will Maker. However, since I am not married and do live with someone who is not of the same sex as myself I need the product to offer a simple solution to "like married" completion of the various documents in the application. Similar mirror wills, medical and financial DPAs and other documents for this situation. This type of relationship is prevalent in the country now. The cookie cutter married, civil union or single options do not fulfill the needs of many citizens. So, it is my hope that future upgrades do reflect this new living arrangement that people have.

Recently purchased WillMaker 2014 and loved it! It was easy to use and came with everything I needed. Me and my wife will continue to use this site for all our law related needs. Highly recommended!

I can not remember for how long I have been a customer of NOLO, however, it is a site I can trust to assist me with legal information thru its distribution of relevant up-to-date information for my state.

I've purchased a few books and willmaker, and the quality of their products is leaps and bounds better than any competitor.

Purchased software from Amazon in 2012, had issues installing and even two years later, NOLO honored my purchase by providing me with a downloadable copy.

Whatever the legal issue, I start me research with a Nolo book. If more research is need I'll have the tools to do further research having been fully informed of me option having read one of Nolo's books;.

I am an attorney. I have referred to many of NOLO's publications when I am looking for a way to break down a legal concept in a way that a client can fully understand. I have given clients NOLO books, and sent them to the website to purchase materials or read online articles, etc. NOLO is the only source I have found that helps my clients by providing solid legal information in English, not incomprehensible legalese!

I order the will and setting up an estate trust download, and inadvertently forgot to order the CD version as well. Because of the Snowden affair, as well as the hacking crises that continues to show up in POP sales, I am (reluctantly) becoming paranoid in using online software. Can I order a CD that I can use offline? I just don't think I have the chops to ward off being robbed, and don't see internet security as enough to protect my assets--whether they are online IRS software programs or will software which enters assets that could be viewed by snoopers. Help!

I haven't finished with the will, but I do like the software.

This product is enhancing my organizational ability and giving me confidence that the process will be completed thoroughly. The big benefit is that it has gotten me beyond hesitancy due to process uncertainty, and now I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Still a lot of work, but you can't get it done if you don't start, and this is something everyone should make a priority.
