Cheap products and no customer service.

Purchased 10 strings of Christmas lights from Canadian Tire manufactured by Noma. They lasted 2 seasons and in the second season some of the lights would go out then light up again which was frustrating. This year we tested the lights and only one of the ten strings worked. We checked the fuse in them an they were all good, the strings were just cheap. I reached out to the company and advised that it was year three so I didn't have the receipts any longer but I still wasn't happy that the lights which weren't cheap price wise failed so soon. All they did was send a generic response saying with proof of purchase you can exchange them at any Canadian Tire store. So basically they did not read my complaint and did not offer an acceptable solution. Plus why would I want an exchange when it's a good bet the exchanged set would fail as well? I highly recommend staying away from any of their products because you will waste your money. The products are cheap and the customer service is non existent.
