Claire in the Cardiff Office was absolutely great. We had left it until the last moment to organise jabs, and both had health issues. Her practical approach, and willingness to fit me in for last minute appointments whilst foregoing lunch meant I am now looking forward to my holiday !! Thank you Claire.

The advice we received at the shop was…
The advice we received at the shop was very good.
However, we had given our dates of travel before the appointment, so that they could prepare our malaria tablets in advance. When we counted them at home subsequently, we had been sold one box too many. Due to their expense we aim to request a refund.

We were given very good information regarding our forthcoming trip. We thought we could go to the Amazon but were advised against it because of Yellow Fever. Neither could we have the immunisation.
From that discussion we were able to modify our holiday.
We thought we could buy the high altitude tablets from Nomad but were told you no longer sold them.
We were sent from there to doctors ,to pharmacy, back to doctors. It was really difficult to find anyone at short notice.
Eventually we found a small pharmacy ( dealing in travel)who were able to sell us them immediately. I would go back to them next time before anywhere else.

Short notice immunisation for travellers
Short notice booking which was also local.
GP appointment was after my travel start date, hence the decision to go private.
All immunisations required for me were available.
Good travel information provided about my destination.
No queues, one to one with nurse.
