I was just informing Nomatic about how much I love this bag and their accessories. They really really took time to put together such a well constructed bag and the look of it almost wants you to put it up on a pedestal and just stare at it in awe.

This company creates good looking, function forward products for everyday and travel. I've had the travel pack for several years of regular use and it's really performed so well. Over 3 years and I haven't even used all the features!?
Only recently a zipper flaw came loose which you would never guess since the rest of the bag still looks amazing. A simple warranty request and a replacement was provided with no issue. It was such an easy experience that leaves you informed all along the way.
I have no reservations recommending this company and their products! Go get a bag!

The quality of this product is so high that I couldn’t believe it. Everything is perfect, and I love it!

I just used the backpack for the first time on a trip. It held everything easily, my passport was easily accessible as well everything else. I loved all the storage compartments - places for chargers, cords, air pods, Kindle, phone, and sunglasses, just to name a few. It made going through Security a breeze and everything I needed was at my fingertips. It fit under the aircraft seat with no problems. I am so glad I made this purchase!

I have purchased numerous journals from you, my most recent one had an issue with the binding delaminating. I sent email wiht the issues and within a day, I had a response and a new journal within a few days! Great customer service and I appreciated how you stood behind your product

I LOVE nomatic products! Hence the 5 star rating. The products are great and just fantastic for anyone who travels a lot. BUT even better my backpack had the zip bust. Now this could just as easily been my fault for overpacking but I placed a warranty claim really easily on the web site under the lifetime warranty. Within 3 days a brand new backpack had been ordered for me with free shipping to Australia. I expected a query but nothing. Fantastic customer service to add to a fantastic product! Well done!

I have been a Nomatic product user since their Kickstarter days and have been overly impressed with their bags day one. I own a multiple of their travels bags and have recently needed to have my messenger bag fixed due to 4 years of traveling the world. Without delay, Nomatic’s service team responded timely and provided great assistance. Impressive overall with attention to aid with my situation and provide excellent service to their customers. Nice Job!!!

Full disclosure: I'm a huge fan of Nomatic. I own a lot of their products, so much so that I regularly recommend them and lend them out to friends so they can experience them as well.

It's the latter experience that got me into trouble. My friend didn't understand how the straps worked to hold down the compression divider and they became lost. I was very upset because when you have a Carry On piece of luggage, space is at a premium and not being able to compress things down made it to where I could hold a LOT less inside.

When I contacted Nomatic, I was told two separate times that they were unavailable for replacement. This was disappointing to say the least. So I was VERY surprised when Cam, my service advisor, came back to me and told me that they had sourced two of them off one of their office model bags and I'd be getting them Fed Exed to me!

Additionally, Emerson, the director of operations, contacted me directly to ask about my experience. I love how hands on this company is with their customer service. I can not recommend Nomatic enough, whether it's their luggage or the company itself. They're truly a class act.

I purchased a Travel bag along with a toiletry bag, over a week went by and UPS was showing the order did not ship. The website say's it takes 7 days after the order is processed which takes a day. I contacted customer service, they responded immediately to inform me the package was lost by shipping and they would replace met order and ship it out ASAP. Very professional and required no effort on my part.

was looking for the best value to dollar 3-5 day travel back pack as i like to have both hands free. a wheeled tag along in that size gets stuck or wont fit in the O/Head bin, and wheeled units are heavier and the mechanism for the wheels and handle takes up too much space. we ordered it on a sunday and on monday it shipped, but there was a back ordered additional item, so Nomatic apologized and it all came in a couple days later. I havent had a chance to over fill it or bang it around yet, but it is well built, the zippers are stiff but with out getting caught in a rain shower they look to be of good water resistance. the bag was not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

I had a great experience shopping for a camera bag on the NOMATIC site. This bag will accommodate my photo gear and cloths for about 3 days. The McKinnon Camera Pack 35L was just what I was looking for and I got it for a great price. I had a question after I made the purchase and their "Customer Support Team" answered my inquiry very fast.

The worse customer support ever. I tried reaching out for months to change my address for a previous order through kick starter since I had moved suddenly. I received a response 1 time that basically said I'm s**t out of luck. I sent 3 additional emails with no response from Nomatic. Finally I posted a comment where others can see and all of a sudden I get a response from the company indicating they can change the address to get me my product after I expressed concern of not receiving for over 2 months. This company lacks integrity and then proceeded to try and play it off like they have been trying to reach out to me, when that was the furthest thing from the case. I will never support this company again. Oh, yeah I ordered this last year and still don't have it.

I’ve had a Nomatic. (Previously known as Basics) Wallet for almost 7 year now. Unfortunately no wallet is perfect and after ~2500 days of use the Wallet was stained and the elastic had stretched out a bit so I had to load more cards in than I wanted to keep everything nice and tight. I remember my lifetime warranty. It did take a while for the warranty to process and the first replacement went to my previous address from 7 years ago. Luckily customer support was very understanding and I just received my replacement. Love the minimalist wallet and will probably never return to a big bulky wallet again

Purchased in stock item. The Website states up to 3 days to process before shipping. A week later it did not ship. So I contacted them, they said for the specific item it takes a week to process. 3 weeks later it still did not ship had to contact them again. Finally on the 4the week it got shipped. Plus one week to get to me. 5 weeks from order date. Website and staff made no attempts to prepare us for 5 week shipping date.

Can't comment on the quality of the bag, because I haven't received it. I'm extremely disappointed in Nomatic. I purchased the bag in good faith it would arrive within a timeline stipulated on the website. It has now been two weeks since I purchased and the order still has not shipped. After inquiring into the shipping date, customer service let me know it would be 4-8 weeks because of back orders. I understand everyone is dealing with shipping issues and customs, however to make NO reference of this when purchasing the problem is shotty at best. My bag will no longer arrive in time for the trip I specifically purchased it for because it will likely arrive nearly three months after I ordered it. Bad business.

I had an issue with my bag and could not find any record of when purchased or how. I spent some time discussing this back and forth with the team at Nomatic and yesterday a brand new bag arrived at my front door. Team, thanks so much for the support and patience in trying to sort this out.

I have been using the bag since their GoFundMe days. Since then, 5 of my colleagues bought the same bag and we absolutely love it. I travel a lot for work and by far, this has the best design, functionality, spaces, etc. I've done research on other bags and it's not as thought out as Nomatic. Go buy it!

One star is too kind.. if there was Zero that is what my review would be...horrible service, shameful company, paid for items, showed id.. and bank statement of payment. Then a staff member harassed me saying I never sent in verification of id.. went back and forth for days.. they have no phone number to call for customer service not that they offer any. I would not recommend this company, they have bad business practices and do not value their customers. Dont support business like this.

This company offers quality products, and the customer service is top-notch. I had an issue with a backpack, and they replaced it no questions asked.
