Everything is wrong
Everything is wrong. I signed up for six month monthly payment for them to help me to set up my Non Profit website. The sales person, Eric Gomez, was very helpful and assured me that even though I have no graphic design or skill in the area of website development that their System and Support would make it easy for me to build a website in Under six months. I was told that the Support staff would guide me through the process. I was told that I would get a monthly check-in meeting with my design coordinator to make sure we were on track.
None of those things happen. We got to the point of nearly finalizing a front page, but none of the additional pages. We only had one check-in update meeting in six months. Now my website is not complete, I have not agreed to renew the agreement for six more months, but they’re continuing to charge my account for nothing being accomplished.
