You were offered several fair solutions — including a partial refund, full refund upon return, or a replacement — but you chose not to proceed with any of these options.
As clearly stated in our Refund Policy, refunds are processed after the returned items have been received and inspected.

We take product quality and customer satisfaction very seriously, and all our fruits are freshly imported from Egypt under strict quality control.

While we understand your disappointment, your review does not accurately reflect the facts of this case.
It’s also important to note that you requested a refund before returning the goods and threatened to post photos and videos on social media to pressure our business, which is against fair communication practices.

We remain open to resolving any genuine issue within our policy terms and always strive to ensure a fair outcome for all our customers.
