I ordered 3 items and only got 2
I ordered 3 items and only got 2. No phone numbers to call, can only email support. I emailed requesting they send the product or refund my money. Was told I didn’t order the missing item so they couldn’t refund me anything or send me anything. I had to take a screenshot of the order form to prove what I paid for. It took a couple days before they got back to me but then said they would give me a full refund after I requested they remove all my information from their system. They sent me an email saying they put the refund through but when I checked my bank account, I now have a recurring charge for some sort of subscription. Now the whole process starts all over
