As a walk in customer, I had a fairly long wait but their diagnosis was professonal and accurate. My problem (air-conditioning) was resolved and at a fair price. Thank you!
Lies, lies and work not done. only wanted 2 tyres
Ordered 2 new tyres 4 week ago. Went to Perigueux (Chancelade) to get them fitted by appointment at 11am. Returned at 12:30 expecting car to be ready. Firstly told I would need to wait another hour for them to inflate the tyres!!! Then it transpires that the tyres have not been fitted, could I come back tomorrow (this is a 60km round trip for me). Cancelled order, now need to find another garage to do this. So so angry at this total lack of respect for customers. Lots of lies told about the progress of this procedure and then it transpires the work has not even begun. DO NOT USE THIS USLESS STORE
Just terrible
Just terrible. Asked for a devis for pneus and jantes hiver mid August. Received a reply after 2 or 3 requests as we had heard nothing. Asked for a new devis with a new jantes and still waiting 2 weeks later! Also, I cannot create my own devis as my car (mark or registration) is not on their system and what is more, I cannot change or remove my husbands car from a Norauto account so cannot search for jantes and pneus properly. Your system needs updating! I have closed our account with my husbands car on as the order is not relevant to mine! What’s more if I cannot locate my vehicle on your website and the shop does not reply, how can I place and order. The live chat “Steeve” I think their name was is useless!

Tires ordered , then delayed , then they don't know where they are and when will be received. When you insist they get agressive. Avoid this shop at all costs.

Bought an electric scooter from la zenia it fell apart in days and the battery died in 9km maximum charge. After numerous calls and visits from me to he told nothing wrong. They have had the scooter since the 28/10 and not called me they said my number was wrong but I made them try it in front of me and it worked. They then said they had tried to call but I didn't answer. I showed my call history and he said I must have changed it (called me a liar). AVOID THIS BRANCH it is the manager who has now refused his name or any contact details for his superiors apparently it is illegal.

Super nice service. In 2018 we were on holiday in France (near Millau) and had a flat tire on the last day of our holiday. Our French was not that good and their English was also not that good, but they really did their very best to help us so that we could leave after an hour back to the Netherlands. Thank you guys from Norauto Millau.

Bought a Valeo reverse sensor from Vélizy-Villacoublay branch. The website states the company offer a fitting service for 99 euros. I bought this on à bank holiday and was told to come nick the next day for an appointment to have a technician install it. Ok I arrived back the next day, oh no we don’t have any technicians here, go to this other branch near Villebon-sur-Yvette 20k away, they can do it. Arrived at Villebon, no technicians work there, drove back to velizey branch and asked for a refund. Totally useless service, the Shops have crappy stock in them, if they have any, staff don’t Really think about helping the customers, avoid avoid avoid. Use Autobacs, they are much better.

I went to Norauto Antibes with a small break issue for my peguout 206.
They did an analysis of my complete car.
Came up with defects, Change the 4 tires, Change the shock absorber and change many things came with the bill of 1100 euros and gave a guarantee of 2 years.
Within the next day, I got ABS to fail blicking on my dashboard and noise in the left tire. I went to the showroom again and they gave me another appointment after 1 week and they fixed it.
After 2 days the same problem has started this time they said that it is ABS motor has spoiled and I need to change it in the Peugeot showroom. They raise their hands saying its not their fault.
Then after 2 and half months, I hear a lot of noise from left tires and was not able to change the gears and they said clutch issue and they will not do have to go to the Peugeot showroom.
When I started arguing with then they said I can complain to the police or anyone no one can do anything to them.
When I call the police they say they will not get involved have to contact some commercial person.
Never go to Nourauto my car was perfect with a little loose break without any single noise.

Just bought two new tyre last week and found I had ran over a screw today bad luck l suppose went to Norauto to see if the could help they said they could not as all the mechanics were busy could not help me tonight even though they did not close for another three hours I live 40 minutes away they said park the car there and get a cab home with a very rude and disgusting attitude even though I had just spent 400 euros less than a week ago.
They just did not care they said go to the garage at the end of the road the may be able to help
Wwhattt I did and the little garage fixed my tyre I 2 minutes I asked him how much it would have been for 2 new tyre he was 50 euros cheaper and helped me at a time of charged me 10 euros

Not Here, this firm is rubbish
On Monday I booked my car in for an oil change and the windscreen wipers replacing. I was told to bring the car on Thursday at 2 pm and it would be finished at 3 pm.
Not a chance, they ordered the wrong oil filter and did not change all the wipers, unbelievable. I eventually left at 6 pm with an oil light indicator problem. None of it was their fault and they were quite rude in the customer approach. Never ever again will I use this firm and I advise all of you to find somewhere else.

I’d like to share my bad experience at Norauto Płock (Poland).
On the 22nd of February I bought a new battery. Recently the battery went flat and I dropped it back to the shop. The salesman took the battery back and left me with nothing. How am I supposed to go back home? - I asked. He offered me a replacement battery for a price of new as a deposit. The battery looked well worn. I paid the deposit and took the battery home. Found out this was a flat battery and I couldn’t fire my car. Took this spare battery back to shop and asked for a fully charged battery.
I was expecting that after such a frustrating and unprofessional customer service I will be offered a help with taking it back home. No apologies and no help was offered.
I hope this is a learning lesson for your brand to treat customers as a priority and also check what you’re giving out.
I’m not mentioning the fact that I was in a hurry.
If this is the wrong department I’m sending this message to, then please forward my message to appropriate person.
Ordered 2 new tyres on line
Ordered 2 new tyres on line, paid 300 euros, They were not delivered. The insist they were delivered. And keep changing their story. I am now the one in the wrong because I didn't notify them within 20 hours of them not being delivered that they were not delivered. They are thieves.
Low quality - want to do well
Needed an ebike and went online to see what was to be offered. Norauto .fr has excellent home page that put all their ebikes into evidence. I read some of the reviews on site and they said Norauto should keep to caring for cars only, and not e/bikes.
In the shop, things got ... cheap. The guy in charge of ebikes did not appear tp have much knowledge about bikes. Didn't really know to screw the light on. Messed up with the lock too.
Just not educated enough - or at all - for the job he was ment to do.
BUT he really ment well, and to me that is paramount.
I'm the happy owner of a €1.000 ebike, and I know if I have a problem I can always come back and be dedicated cared for.
