Fraud

Fraud. I had booked and paid for a 3 night stay at Aperon Hotel in Copenhagen for a guest attending a conference, but she arrived one day later because of a cancelled flight. Aperon then forced me to cancel the whole stay, as I could not specify when the guest would arrive. When she did arrive, one day later, she was not able to access the room, although I had paid the full €10000 for the 3 nights. This is nothing less than fraud.

It is important to clarify that your reservation was made through Booking.com and in this case, their terms and conditions always apply.

Booking.com's policy states that a 'no-show' is recorded if arrival doesn't occur by 10 AM the following day. We made a significant effort to accommodate you and waited until 5 PM in case you had some other guest of yours that could use the reservation.

However, the cancellation was initiated by you through Booking.com, not by us. While we understand that circumstances can change, we must adhere to the pre-agreed terms for smooth operations. We are sorry our efforts didn't meet your expectations, but we followed the established guidelines.

Best recommendation

Nordcollection has administrated several of our apartments for more than 1 year. They have been very professional and done an excellent job. As the owner we have been very satisfied, and we have never had one complaint from the guests in our apartments.

A really nice experience

I think these guys take the pain out of renting out your place when traveling. I've never had any issues and I'm really happy with our cooperation. I can highly recommend them.
