US Elections 2020 scam
US Elections 2020 scam! Payout for Biden and losses for Trump betters without the official call. I did not bet on the media opinion! Give me my money back or open the bet until the results are official!

Hi Ville Naukkanen
Thank you for your review here on Trustpilot. We're sorry to hear that you are not happy with the settlement of our bet in regards to the US election.
We have settled the bet according to our Terms. If the result of the election result should change when all votes have been counted, we will resettle the bet. We can assure you that we are monitoring the situation.
So we will still have a watchful eye on how everything onfolds but as of now Biden did receive enough projected electoral votes and has been settled as the winner.
Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out on our live chat or via email on support@nordicbet.com
We wish you a lovely day.
Best regards

Useless
Useless. I see other people here have replies from nordicbet requesting that you write them with a reference to the review made here, DO NOT DO IT. Deep down in the terms and conditions there is a "rule" that states you are not allowed to write bad things about them. It will be used as evidence that you broke this rule.

Problems to get your money back
They have the worst poker software. It doesn't work in Mac, it doesn't have many options of tournements and when you want to withdraw the money they give you a lot of problems. Stay away from it! There are plenty of better betting websites to choose

Hi Vitor.
Thank you for your review here on Trustpilot, I am sorry to hear that you have had issues using our website. Regarding getting the poker client to work on a mac is something we are currently working on with our poker provider, we hope soon that we can release a Mac friendly client, but in the meantime, you can play from the browser as you seem to have been able to do.
Regarding your withdrawal, I am sad to hear you have had issues with it, would love to give it a look but cannot find an account on just Vitor, - But if it is still an issue, please send us an email to support@nordicbet.com with the subject "Trustpilot - Vitor" and I will gladly give the situation a look.
I wish you a lovely day.
Best regards
Tom - NordicBet.dk Customer service.
Been under "investigation" for over a year...
If you win too much they will just put your account under investigation and never do anything about it... been over a year now.
