Worst customer support I've ever experienced - pray you don't need to exchange from outside the EU. When the CEO starts swearing on email and accuses the postal service of lying it is time to go elsewhere !! Save your money and potential grief and go elsewhere.

The product works just like it should, it's just something that you will always take with you when going to slops, hunting, etc.. ****
Battery Pocket could have some kind of protection if the battery starts to burn.
Overall it's a good quality product that you will definitely use.
Got a pair of gloves (Tactical Liner) from Nordicheat with electric heating. Unfortunately, one of the batteries was not performing well (approximately half battery life of advertised). I contacted the company both by mail and by Facebook, but now after weeks of waiting we have still not received a reply. Consequently, my wife has to bike to work with one warm and one cold hand.
UPDATE:
Eventually got a reply from Nordicheat after sending a second e-mail. Then got a call from the CEO himself regretting that they didn't receive my previous mail likely due to a power outage. They agreed to send a replacement battery right away. The Nordicheat gloves are excellent (when batteries are working) and definitely recommendable!
