If I could give a zero I would!

If I could give a zero I would!
Ordered three products from them with 4-5 days delivery time and got a confirmation email from them.
After 5 business days I still hadn’t received any info on the delivery date for the stuff. So I tried to call their so called customer service number- several times and without any luck to get hold of them (all customer agents are busy at the moment was the message they repeated every 3 seconds for the entire time you’re on the line). So I wrote them an email and 36 hours later, still no answer, so I tried to call again and same old story with busy customer service agents and no one taking the call. The last resort was the chat which you only can access if you go the Swedish homepage. And after a waiting time of approx five minutes, the girl on the other side tells me the order has been cancelled on their end but they haven’t informed me and she was sorry about that… 😩

Goods not arriving

Company simply cannot ship goods so they get delivered. Awful lack of service.

Big delay in delivery

I ordered some shelves moths ago and was informed that they were no longer available, propsoed to cancel my order or keetp waiting, which I chose. I kept receiving emails informing me that the shelves were still not available so I started looking online for the same shelves to order from another website. But Nordicnest kept advertising them, as if they were available, whoch I found not ok, especially since I had to wait for so long to get them. If a good is not available, I find it misleading to keep advertising it as for sale on your website.
