Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service! Response time is awful. I placed my order and almost after a week they notify me that some of the items are not in their warehouse. I ask to send only the items they have, however no response for the next 3 days again. Sad, but I guess I will need to cancel the whole order just before Christmas with all the gifts. This is not going anywhere

Very nice website but awful/incompetent delivery partners. My wife and I wasted a lot of time with the customer services of both. You really need to improve the delivery experience and response time for your customers.
