15 years was worth the wait!
I've waited 15 years to be able to get this cheese in the USA and now I finally can! Shipping was super fast and packaged well, though the carrier itself could have handled more efficiently, it still arrived just cool enough to be saved and I'd have no hesitation ordering again. Chocolate Soup
I am only giving a three because my product that I ordered was melted. DHL was instructed to put on the porch. They put the product at the end of the driveway in the sun. My chocolate was soup. But my fault also thinking I could get something delivered overseas. The product was still delicious after I put in the refrigerator to harden.

As we know that the chocolate truffles are sensitive for heat we pack them with ice packs to arrive in good condition even during the summer time. It took just over two days for your parcel to arrive to you and normally our packing is enough to prevent the chocolates from melting. It is unfortunately beyond our control if DHL left the parcel in the sun as that is too much even for our packing in the middle of the summer.
We are glad that you still got to enjoy the chocolates and wish to see you in our shop despite this misfortune.

Absolutely lovely tin
Absolutely lovely tin. It worked out hugely expensive due to import taxes but I don’t regret my purchase as the tin is wonderful and essential to keep the delicious crisp breads fresh.

Communication and professionalism at it's finest. I have been ordering for about 2 years or so from America. I have to say the preservation and presentation are excellent. I wish I had taken a picture of it, but I opened up everything already. I order Fillidutter a couple of times of year, which I give as gifts to my boyfriend who is from Sweden. I see all the selection and diversity in products, which encourage me to buy more. If money were no object I would spend much more.
