All products first come from their country of manufacture (in your case Finland) to southern France, from where they are sent to the customer, i.e. you, in Sweden. Everything was fine until I was given a notice the day of that I was supposed to receive my package from Nordic that I had to pay an extra $50 shipping that should’ve been at the beginning. There should not have been a surprise of that large amount.

Just to clarify: this extra charge was not an additional shipping fee, but a U.S. import duty determined by U.S. Customs. These charges are collected by the U.S. authorities upon arrival of goods from abroad, and unfortunately we have no influence over them. They are not set—or received—by us.

Loose candies
I bought candies but unfortunately some of them were old and really hard and mixed with the fresh ones ,I could really feel the difference. No doubt about this as I know these items very well.
So as a constructive advice - please throw out old ( loose) candies before you fill up wirh the fresh ones ! Besides that - I love this store and the delivery was quick as usual .

Several negative points: 1st, according to the description, it was possible to mix it with water, but when I tried it for the first time, it didn't work.
2nd, the packets were open when I opened the package and half of the powder was in the cardboard box.

Dear Customer, thank you very much for your feedback — and we’re truly sorry for this unfortunate experience. You are absolutely right: the product description contained an error. O’boy cocoa powder is meant to be mixed with milk, not with water, which explains why it doesn’t dissolve properly in water. We have corrected this information on our website to avoid any future confusion.
If you still wish to enjoy it with water, it’s best to use warm water (around 60–70 °C), which helps the powder dissolve much better. In cold water, O’boy hardly dissolves at all, even with a lot of stirring.
Mixing method: It’s recommended to add the powder gradually and mix it with a whisk or in a shaker. A simple spoon is usually not enough, as the sugar and cocoa tend to form lumps due to surface tension.
Regarding the opened packages, we are truly sorry to hear that. This is clearly a packaging or transport issue, and we will report it to our supplier as well as the shipping company. Please feel free to contact us directly by e-mail so we can find a satisfactory solution for you.
