From ordering my summerhouse to having it fitted I received fantastic service from Steve, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. The lads came and fitted it on time and were friendly and very efficient. Fantastic quality and price and I would recommend the company to anyone. Thanks Steve and the lads for a job well done.

From start to finish , craig and glen turned up on time really worked hard and done a brilliant job erecting my summerhouse could not fault the company or the fitters am so happy with my new summerhouse .

Yesterday, 9 September 2021, Craig and Glen arrived to erect our summerhouse just after 7.00 am. They worked non stop until our beautiful building was finished. We couldn't be more pleased. What a pair of pleasant guys! We knew that there was quite a long delay in delivery but the end product is so worth while. We would heartily recommend this company to everyone.
We contacted Steve twice about changes that we would like to make and nothing was too much trouble.
What customer service! Many thanks to all concerned.

First off I would like to give Steve and Craig a massive big thank you for coming out and erecting my summerhouse. They worked relentlessly through the rain to complete it.
The WOW factor is just out of this world. That is why I would recommend this company for quality and service. Their eye to details and giving their customers just what they want is why I'm giving them a 5 stars.
Forget other companies for your sheds or summerhouse this is the company to go to.

Wow what can I say, the most amazing customer service I think I have ever recieved ever! A 3 month wait, however when a company is completely honest about a lead time , sticks to there word completely, who cares. It was well worth the wait infact better than I could of imagined. Steve in customer services went above and beyond to make sure I had the design I wanted.
I will be recommending this company to everyone. Love my shed so much, thank you. I will add, the installation team are a credit to the company also . Thanks to all :-)

There was a small problem after installation, but this was sorted to my satisfaction well within an acceptable timescale
The reason I'm still giving 5 stars is because of the quality the pre sales help and advice from Steve, the product, the fitters Glen and Craig, and just as important...the after sales communication and improvements made to my satisfaction...with 2 follow up visits...exceptional customer service that we don't see enough of these days

Just had my 10x8 extra height pent shed delivered and erected having ordered in January and delivered 12th May. I had a couple of issues, firstly I ordered it the wrong way round as the door is in the 10 foot run, my fault but sorted so still fits on the base. I had a slight leak after a couple of days, pictures and an email to Steve, reply within the hour and repairs done same week. Brilliant service!!! The shed is the same size as my old one but must weigh 3 or 4 times as much. Quality is first rate and at 62 will almost certainly outlive me! Glenn and Craig (I think) did a great job and really friendly guys. Thanks to you all, highly recommended and as the title says worth the wait

Had shed delivered this week, took a few months as expected from ordering to arrival but so worth the wait! Loved that we could customise and edit so many details of the shed.
We were kept informed during whole process and there was always prompt reply when I emailed with questions in the weeks before delivery. Delivered on time and built rapidly, really impressed with quality and finish.
Would have no hesitation recommending them to family and friends. Could have bought a cheap shed for half the price but I suspect this will last many many years and it was a pretty competitive price considering the degree of customisation available.

Just had our shed put up yesterday and we are very pleased with the result. The whole process, from ordering to completion, was made very easy by great communication and friendly and informative staff.
The shed itself is very well constructed and the two installers were very friendly and polite. They had the shed up in no time. Would totally recommend this company.

Tried to order a shed from you this morning and as your site requests I telephoned for a delivery date (happy to wait until June/ July,) The gentleman who answered the phone explained you were fully booked this year and he would not even take an order for next year.
What would have happened if we had order on line an paid ?

Because of our large order book we are only taking large building orders, unless I can tie a small order into another building which is near your location ,which there could not have been one when I spoke to you
Going forward we are looking to discontinue our smaller buildings if the order book still continues like it is at the moment

I have just had a 10 x 6 Security Shed delivered and erected by this company and would be prepared to recommend them to anybody. I am delighted with the finished product which has been constructed in fine quality timber to the highest of standards. The two lads who arrived, as promised , first thing in the morning, Matt & Glenn were very quick and efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I would like to give a special mention to Steve in the office who took my order and then assisted & advised me throughout the whole process.
All in all a first class job all round by the team at Nordic Timber Buildings - Five Star Performance on quality, value for money, communication and punctuality.

My wife bought an 8ft * 12ft pent Summer House as a craft studio/ hideaway/girl-cave.

Salesperson was friendly and flexible - allowing us to make customisations at very reasonable cost. Kept us posted throughout via email and telephone, and provided sketches to confirm our changes - which were all correct on delivery..

No unnervingly large deposits required and shed was delivered on time.

Installation guys were very professional - and they coped with a tricky site admirably - they were even able to make a modification on the day as I had miscalculated an overhang and we needed to shorten the roof slightly.

Build and timber quality is great - one or two knot holes in tongues and a couple of chinks of daylight here and there - but a really solid building.

Windows and doors are nicer than expected - with nice chromed hardware. Door was planed on site for a perfect fit.
Glass is toughened.. as spec'd.

I don't really have anything negative to say ... expect to have to sweep up a bit of sawdust.. and in my case, I was asked (and willing) to help lift a panel or two - they are VERY heavy as it is such a solid shed.
