Do not order from this company. They are scammers. Ordered a tree for delivery on Dec. 17th. Never arrived. I tried call several times but no-one answered. Could only leave a message once but no-one called me back. Emailed 5 times but no response. Complete radio silence. Such a nasty thing to do at Christmas time. But I did get my money back from the credit card company. I will never order from them again. I won’t be surprised if this company goes out of business over this debacle, judging by all the scathing reviews.

Ordered the Christmas Tree Complete DIY decoration set. Arrived without the water stand that should have been included. Lights were also faulty too. Paid extra for the tree removal service but never showed up to collect. I called and emailed but received no response. Please avoid this scam company.

Paid for 3 trees, only 1 delivered, emailed and called and received no response back.

Voicemail was full for Daniel of The Nordmann will not use them again.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a tree and paid £20 for a pre 12pm delivery and £25 for it to be collected in January. On the day of delivery I got an email at 07:25 to say the tree would be delivered between 12:30 - 14:00... the tree was delivered at 13:15, no apology or attempt to refund the pre 12pm £20 additional charge I'd paid.

Since then I've not been able to get in contact with anyone at this company to confirm that date the tree will be collected. I've sent 3 emails and left countless voicemails. Once again, an additional £25 I did not need to pay! Dan the 'owner' is a ghost, he will ignore you! I eventually called the delivery driver, he was a very polite guy and has tried to help but he said he'd only worked for Nordmann for the Christmas period and Dan is taking care of the tree disposal collections. I've now paid another, more reliable company to collect the tree.

This company is run by crooks who'll take your cash and disappear... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Excellent 7ft tree as ordered, with limited needle drop.
It did arrive a day late with no explanation, but overall it was a pleasant experience & the delivery guys were courteous and helpful.

Fake!! Ordered it husband an Adidas coat and it looks nothing like the photo. No labels inside at all. Fake scammers!!!

I paid £62 for a tree which was delivered on time but when we unwrapped it we discovered it was very poor quality indeed with a huge gap on one side. It says if not satisfied there is 100% money back guarantee but I have emailed them twice and called them twice but no reply. Avoid.

Ordered the tree for a date to arrive never received. Emailed in to ask they said I never picked a date. They then replied saying they can deliver another date, they never replied or delivered a tree. They then admitted fault on their system could offer me a delivery date or a refund. Never got a reply since then. No refund, no tree. Absolutely a scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS NIGHTMARE COMPANY. I PAID OVER £300 for tree & delivery, and they never delivered. I have tried emailing, calling and texting.

Genuinely a scam. Never received our tree but sure took our money. They are uncontactable. Essentially committing fraud at this stage.

Scam - tree never arrived

Terrible experience and terrible customer service by Lauren. We ordered a tree with a wooden stand. What was delivered was a tree and stand separately, and the hole cut in the stand was clearly too small.

We contacted the company via email (and also called multiple times, with no answer). We eventually got a response from Lauren who works in "customer service" who said she would respond to us after she spoke to her manager and asked us to send a photo of what was delivered, which we promptly did.

Several follow up emails later and telephone calls from us that were never picked up for almost 2 weeks, and.... nothing. It's been a complete waste of time and safe to say I wouldn't recommend using this company to anyone.

What's the point of hiring someone for "customer service" when they don't actually do their job?

The quality of my jacket is poor. Also very small fir a xl. I cant seem to contact them.

Ordered and paid for a tree in early November with delivery arranged for 1 December. Tree never arrived, countless phone calls all unanswered and all emails ignored. Out of pocket and no tree 8 days later and still heard nothing.

Christmas tree arrived on time and is beautiful - really great shape, bushy and smells great

Placed my order in October, tree was supposed to be delivered 24th November. It was not. No communication, nothing. Called on 5 different days, sent numerous emails until we finally got through and were told they had an issue with the system and they couldn't see what day was picked. Maybe contact the customer then or pick up the phone or reply to emails? Still haven't got my tree by the way haha. What a scam. Thanks for ruining christmas

If you are considering buying a tree for delivery and want something quick PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. All of the 5* reviews are evidently fake.

I ordered a tree for delivery on the 2nd. Despite others saying they received an email or text the morning of delivery, I received nothing. I had taken the day off and turned down an evening job. As a freelancer I don’t have the luxury of paid time off, I was happy to do this to enjoy a day of putting up the tree and decorating with my housemates. We’ve all had a bit of a year, and this was very much what we were looking forward to!

Once midday hit and still no email or text, I phoned up. Their option for delivery was ‘call back during normal operating hours’ so I settled for option 1, for sales. After 90+ minutes on hold, the call was disconnected and for the rest of the day, their phones were turned off and left with a full mailbox, so you couldn’t leave a message as prompted.

Numerous emails were sent, I tried calling for the remainder of the day, and also hoped that they would deliver even up until 10pm, as some others suggested they have done.

Needless to say, I sat In the house like miss havisham waiting for an expensive tree that never arrived. This place is a SCAM. Please buy a tree from Selfridges instead. They’re similar prices and are elite with their customer service!

I have reported this company to the Trading Ombusman and I really hope this gets shut down to prevent this happening to others!

no response whats so ever about my order! no way of contacting them. when the telephone line was open - i was on hold for 4 hours (just left the phone waiting while i worked) then got cut off. only way of getting money back is with you bank. wish i had read reviews before purchasing

The worst experience with this company. Delivery was over 2 hours late and the office had closed by the time delivery had arrived. Unable to reach them by phone so can't find out whats going on nor did they contact me to alert me of the delay. This is for my office and now the whole team are grumbling that we don't have a tree because of this god awful company's incompetence. Please avoid if you'd like your tree delivered at all. I will be requesting a refund or doing a chargeback

Was a bit reluctant after seeing the reviews from last year but took a chance and so glad I did!
Received a lovely 6ft tree, reasonably priced and excellent delivery with tracking and great communication.
Would highly recommend.
