Tattoo by Bruna at the Leeds studio!
I lost my dad recently and wanted a special tattoo using his fingerprint. From the consultation Bruna was super helpful and made me feel relaxed. On the day of the tattoo Bruna advised me on what would work best for the effect I was after. She designed a beautiful heart using my dad’s fingerprints. Bruna printed different sizes and advised which would work best. I felt totally at ease during the tattooing process. The end result is beyond what I expected. I absolutely love my tattoo. I can’t thank Bruna enough for her beautiful work and I would 100% recommend her. I’m sure I will be back again in the near future.

Be very careful before spending what are huge amounts of money compared to the alternatives of equal quality.
Be specific about what you want, not what they want to do and make sure everything is as you expected before you pay. They will ask for money before everything is finished and then refuse to correct any mistakes or do any touch ups, even after spending thousands of pounds.
There are definitely better options for considerably less.

23 July - Update following No Regrets reply - ‘No Regrets’ only ‘reached out’ after seeing this review.
There was no reaching out when trying to contact them to get my tattoo properly finished so it’s too little too late and I regret giving them thousands of pounds. Unfortunately they don’t live up to their name.

Good artists at rip off prices. £800 a day in Cheltenham. I was promised my tattoo would take 3 sittings, so thought it’d be worth it, but it took 8! I can understand going one sitting over, but 5?! I spent way more money than I intended to, and complaints weren't met well with the studio. I got quite a bad infection after one of the sittings too, which is still a bit patchy after being touched up.

Every little thing was done on the clock too, I witnessed customers coming to the studio and waiting for up to 2 hours whilst artists prepared their stencils etc. every other studio I’ve ever been to has had this ready to go upon entering the studio, or thereabouts.

I’m actually pretty happy with the tattoo, I’m just angry I was pretty much forced to spend literally thousands of pounds more than anticipated and promised in my initial consultation.

I would not use this studio again, you could get just as good artists at way less day rates elsewhere.

This is the second piece Daniel Barreto has done for me at the Bristol No Regrets store - the first one healed beautifully, and I knew I would be back.

This time, I came in with more of a concept rather than a set design. Daniel took the idea and came back with an original piece, offering his thoughts on what would work, what might be possible, and what wouldn’t - given the placement and sizing. I was very impressed with what he came back with - it was even better than I had imagined.

It took a few goes to get the stencil placed just right, but I didn’t feel rushed at any point. It’s very clear Daniel takes a lot of pride in his work.

The hygiene standards were superb and at the highest level.

The tattoo looks amazing - there’s so much attention to detail. I honestly don’t know how he keeps such a steady hand and manages such fine, straight lines. It's absolutely worth the time and money.

If you want a tattoo done to a really high standard, I would 100% recommend Daniel Barreto.

The whole studio at Bristol is friendly and welcoming too, which made the whole experience even better. There's clearly some very talented artists in this store.

I can’t put into words how happy I am with my tattoo by Bruna at the Leeds studio!

On the day of the tattoo Bruna advised me on what image (I had shared 5) would work best for the effect I was after. She printed different sizes and helped me decide on placement. I felt totally at ease during the tattooing process being able to take a break when needed.
The end result is beyond what I expected. Both myself and my Dad are thrilled with our tattoos. I can’t thank Bruna enough for her beautiful work.

I got two tattoos done so far at London studio, Mert is my tattoo artist. He is very professional, I highly recommend him. He truly an artist, I picked few tattoos on Pinterest he designed his own way on iPad and made it much better.

Manchester Studio
I visited Mary at the Manchester studio for my 2nd tattoo with Mary as her work is just beautiful and my first experience exceeded my expectations .

I had previously discussed my ideas and sent images to Jake and Mary to create a larger and meaningful piece for me.

The day of the appointment, Mary showed me her design and although beautiful, it wasn't exactly what I had envisaged. I explained this to Mary and without hesitation she went on to redesign the tattoo to incorporate some changes and additional details.

The final design was stunning and exactly what I wanted. We spent as much time as needed to finalise size and placement so that I was completely happy.

I would 100% recommend Mary and No regrets if you are looking for your next tattoo. Everyone I spoke with were so helpful and the studio is fantastic.

I reached out to No Regrets when I found out I would be in the UK for work.

I’d been wanting a tattoo for a while but couldn’t find an artist who could put to paper what was in my head.

I sent through a whack of reference photos to give an idea of what I was looking for.

I had a call with Jhona to go over what I was looking for and he felt he could deliver what I wanted.

I was nervous as I wasn’t able to see the tattoo until a few days before my appointment. I talked out my concern with the team and they reassured me Jhona would deliver.

A few days before my appointment, Jhona sent through 4 options. Wow! They were all amazing.

I asked for a few small changes, which he turned around same day and we were set.

The studio is great (very clean) and the staff and artists were professional.

I’m so glad I chose No Regrets and Jhona for my tattoo while in Edinburgh.

I didn’t even make it back to the car park before a lady stopped me on the street to tell me how cool my tattoo is! Really happy with my artwork by Berk in Bristol. Great service and great coffee too.

I booked a tattoo in january 2025 for april, i wanted a full sleeve and paid a £200 deposit with the artist, had a phone consultation and sent reference pictures, i drove 3 hours to the cheltenham studio for the tattoo, i arrived early on the day and waited for the artist to turn up, i sat there for about 2 hours before contact was made with the artist, the girls there were lovely and went out of their way to try and resolve it, but after sitting there for 3 and a half hours the artist wasnt even in cheltenham, they were in manchester, siting train issues my tattoo was put off until 2 days later, this appointment was cancelled with the artist saying they were unwell and me left with no idea when the next appointment would be, as a gesture of goodwill they said they would be no further charge for the appointment, finally i got 2 appointments booked for 11th of may and the 25th of may, the artist again cancelled the 11th of may saying they were still unwell and rebooked it to 8th of june, i got another text on the 24th of may from the artist, appointment was again cancelled, as a further gesture of goodwill they returned my deposit and stated i could keep the appointment on the 8th of june, and there would be no charge, which is nice but means nothing unless you actually get a tattoo, i wish i could comment on quality of work etc. But with 4 appointments in a row cancelled and anticipating the same for the 5th, in short i am devastated.

Update - as predicted 5th appointment cancelled, do not waste your time here like mine has been wasted.

Fantastic experience and an awesome fished pice of art! The team are friendly, knowledgeable and the artists are top notch. The London studio is spotlessly clean and hygiene is impeccable. Dimitri designed the perfect tattoo for me based on a few suggested images and the sitting went without a problem. I highly recommend No Regrets, London if you’re looking for a new piece of body art!

Rocio and Rebecca are a joy to work with!

They made the booking/consultation so easy and reassuring, which was great for my younger sister who has sensory issues and was very nervous about getting her first tattoo.

They were empathetic, warm and professional throughout, and the artwork Rocio produced was beautiful. My sister was thrilled and can't wait for her next one.

Staff are all incredibly helpful and Loiz is an amazing artist, couldn’t have asked for a better design.

I had such a lovely experience at No Regrets Exeter getting tattooed by Steph!! She was so sweet and we had great chats, and the quality of her work is incredible! I love my new tattoos and I'm definitely coming back to see her in the future ☺️☺️

I genuinely believe that there isn't a
tattoo establishment anywhere in the United Kingdom that comes close to the standards of hygiene, artistry and excellence that No Regrets offer. From initial consultation to post event service they are unrivalled. I strongly recommend their services.

Outstanding experience with Emrah Tura last week, at No Regrets London, getting the first part of my sleeve done. Immaculate work, carefully put together, stunningly executed. Everyone else I met throughout the day was kind, welcoming and helpful, too. Can’t wait to go back for part 2!!!
