We stayed in a property they managed for a week. Upon arrival there was a horrible smell that got worse amd then slightly better. By day 4 it was so bad, we weren't able to sit outside our home. Only by pure fluke we spoke with a neighbour who said its probably our septic. We contacted the cleaner immediately who was very sorry but unable to help. We had to wait another day and a half until the office opened so we emailed. We get an email back Monday morning saying its just one of those things and they will arrange to empty. No apologies or understanding of how it ruined half our holiday. The smell was clearly there when we arrived but its clear this company don't look after their homes. They refunded a measly £50 at the end which doesn't even cover 1 night of the terrible situ we were faced with. We also had the rear door of the static broken, unable to open which is against health and safety incase of a fire. The note saying it was broken was old and the agents did nothing to sort when we asked. We found them rude, unhelpful and would warn anyone else against using this company who have no care for their guests!
