A great find!
Not tight at the top and very warm and comfortable. My partner has a blood cancer that leaves her feeling very cold and her skin very itchy. I wanted to find winter socks that wouldn't irritate her skin but would keep her feet warm. And I found those socks with this company. Very relieved and very happy.

Non existent customer service
I have purchased multiple items from this company and their socks have all been very good but unfortunately I wanted to return or exchange 2 pairs from my last order of 7 pairs but received no response to my email, so emailed again a week later, again no response and as there is no contact number on the website I guess that's it.
Having a good product backed and rubbish customer service equals I don't buy from you anymore.
I'm very disappointed with this company and will now have to find a different brand.

Sad that the socks I really wanted were always unavailable in size 9-11. But main issue I have is that I needed to change a detail of my address- there is no phone number, and the email address was ‘undeliverable’ and I tried twice. No contact available. Then, I had an email from a different company (had to search online as it said the courier was delivering from that company)…and I hadn’t heard of them. Socks arrived though, luckily, and seem good.

I have been searching for so long for decent pair of socks Norfolk socks bits the bill. I made some very bad decisions in the past whereby all previous purchases of socks were either too loose, too tight and caused feet conditions to worsen. Norfolk socks are blissfully made of good quality and true to form, they are the best purchase ever and so comforable. If my feet could jump up and down solely on their own, I'd see them hopping about with joy.
