Great range of health appropriate socks and great customer service
Looking to buy woollen socks for my elderly dad. He has some health issues - sensitive skin and occasional swelling of feet and legs. It's an on-off thing - sometimes no issues but sometimes a flare up. So we needed socks that could cope with all of this but also keep his feet warm. The website provides a lot of detail on what socks have been designed to best suit different health issues and also allows you to to filter for material, length and so on. This was very helpful. Three different styles ordered to give Dad a chance to have a look through them to decide what he felt would suit him best. Decent price, easy ordering and payment process and arrived very quickly.
Do take note that while you order from Norfolk Socks it will likely be sent to you by Dapplebrook - don't be alarmed as it's the same people. One style dismissed immediately by Dad - not tried on, just that he'd had similar before from another brand and they didn't work for him. So Dad very happy with the two styles he kept.
Had to return the dismissed two-pair pack. No returns label or returns form in the packaging. Would've been handy if something of that sort had been in the pack maybe specifying what the returns procedure was. I have a smartphone and a PC so it wasn't difficult to check the website for the returns procedure. This does involve the buyer taking on the postage cost - that's fair enough as my UK order was over £40 so I'd received it free of any postage charge.
Contacted the company via their contact form quite late on Sunday, a few days after the socks - tracked service - had been delivered to them to find out what the refund timescale would be. Prompt, friendly response on Monday morning detailing the expected processing time - refunds generally processed on a Monday. And the refund confirmation arrived late morning! Excellent.
Easy to use website with great range of socks to suit all sorts of health issues. Only blip was not having returns paperwork in the package when it arrived. Great customer service from Paul in response to my query.
Very happy to buy from this company in future for Dad's socks.

For example, based on Royal Mail’s delivery charge of £3.95, we would need to increase the price of each pack by approximately £2.00, assuming most customers buy an average of two packs.
