Take care with Norrona customer „help“
Norrona send me a pant with costs about 250,- €, the pant has an „open scipper“ and this causes pain and in the front (the ends of the zipper) it causes abrations in the skin.
I made a reclamation and they confirmed me, that the product is NOT THE SAME like in the photo at the process of buying online.
So Norrona send back the pant WITHOUT any help or reparatuon. Now i have to pay the delivery and the taulor.
What a fraudulent desception from a „premium“ store…, worst handling ever!!!!
