Ordered replacement shaving soaps 8 December 2024. Order acknowledged. Chased through form on web site. Nothing. Emailed - email bounced. Contacted Shopify for a refund. No communication. Contacted Shopify again. Still nothing. Then, inexplicably, my order arrived today 3 May 2025! Return address is a Mailbox shop in Surbiton. Very odd. Note: web site no longer exists. Company due to be struck off at Companies House. What responsibility does Shopify have in all this?

Same as most people here. My orders were placed as little as 3 weeks ago and the money was taken straight away, however it’s only today whilst trying to chase them up I notice that their website no longer exists and there’s no way to communicate with them. Scammers.

I wish I had checked Trustpilot before placing an order as my experience has been the same as everyone else's. I ordered from this company several years ago without any problems and re-ordered last month as I liked their products. I placed my order, the website took payment and I received a confirmation email. Two weeks later and no dispatch notification and no order received. I tried to email them and received a delivery failure automated email back. I filled out their online contact us form and received no response. Their social media channels have not been touched in years so could not message them either. It has now been almost a month and I have accepted that my order will not be fulfilled and no refund will be issued. I do not know what happened as the company has not be dissolved on Companies House, but if you order from their website, you will not receive your goods, which is a pity as there products were great.

This is a scam. Absolute bandits stealing money which is a shame as the product is good. Can’t understand how the website is still active and allowed to take money.

Fraudulent activity. Website live and accepting orders. But no delivery. Money gone and none existent customer service. DO NOT BUY!

Oh dear - because I had had no problem the first time ordering and was more than happy with the product I ordered again in October this year - no delivery, no contact and cash gone, of course! I hate dishonesty!!

Do not use this company. I'll be contacting tradings standards.

DO NOT BUY - SCAM - they'll take payment for items you will never receive. You won't be able to contact them. At best after jumping through many hoops you may get a chargeback via your bank and eventually get money back. Save yourself the aggro and AVOID.

Same as previous reviews. They take the money but don’t send the product. Still advertising but apparently are no longer in business. No response to emails. Will report to Trading Standards

This company no longer exists! They will take your money and that is the last you will hear from them!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS NO LONGER TRADING Have used this company and it’s products for a few yrs never thought to go to reviews wish I had and wouldn’t be £35 down no products no answer to emails apart from initial mail confirmation order accepted will be in touch with delivery date!!!! Has anybody found a comparable alternative to the Norse Aftershave Balm? It was so perfect.

What a shame they seem to have gone out of business - but website doing 'one-way trading'. Takes money but does not deliver.

DON'T BUY FROM THEIR SCAM WEBSITE - not the same as their previous business.

Looks to have gone out of business - avoid.

Real shame as it's a great product, but like most other people on here - payment taken and nothing sent.

Struggle to understand how it's still able to operate.

I have bought from this company before after seeing at a market stall and the product was great when I ordered online with no issue previously. I dropped the product and damaged it, so wanted to buy again.

This time no items received and no response to multiple chasers in a month. The address is also someone’s house in a residential street, so appears the real business is no longer operating and this is a sham mirror site.

Same as all the others. Payment taken, nothing received, no response from enquiries. Luckily I got a refund from PayPal. I have also tried:

- reporting to UK Trading Standards
- reporting to their payments provider, Shopify.com

But neither of these routes is guaranteed to make any difference.

Avoid, you will not get your order. I have just successfully gone through the chargeback process, hopefully everyone else has the same luck. Take the website down you charlatan!

Thief. Fact this man Ian John Kerrigan can still take money from people without trading is a joke. Should be locked up

Just to add to all the recent reviews, this business will take your money without hesitation and then not ship the goods you have paid for or repsond to your emails. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I placed an order two months ago, and since then have had no delivery, and no responses to emails or the web form on their website. I've now raised a dispute through my credit card company.
