First of all, thank you for your inquiry.
Sorry to hear that your clothes smell rotten, it should very much smell clean after washing. In most laundries, this is an option, but not a requirement to use the soap in the laundry. In many of our laundries, it is possible to opt out of soap and use your own via a soap ball. Would very much like to look into this so that you can enjoy using the laundry again. I'm really sorry to hear about the experience you had at the laundry. No one has to wait 2 days to get their clothes out of the washing machine. I would very much like to be allowed to look into the matter, to find out the reason for this and to ensure that it does not happen again. I'm really sorry to hear about the problems we are experiencing in your laundry and that we have not been able to solve the problems with your dryers.

We would really like to investigate the matter and make sure that we find a permanent solution to the problem, so that you can once again count on the dryers to work when you need them.

Thank you for contacting us regarding the issues you have in your laundry.

There are clearly some basic problems in your laundry when you, as you describe, both experience issues with the spin cycle on the washing machines and that the dryers do not dry the clothes. Of course, we would like to rectify the problem as soon as possible so that the machines can run optimally again. In order for us to help you, we need to know the address of the laundry you use. I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with your laundry. I would very much like to be allowed to investigate this further. To be able to help you and find out if it is our laundry and who supplies soap for your machines, it will be a great help if you can inform me about where you wash - a laundry address.
If the machines make marks on the clothes, or if there are other problems, it is very important that you contact us as soon as possible, so that we can immediately send a technician out and solve the problem.

I’m very sorry to hear that your experience with our machines has been this bad. That is of course far away from satisfying for us!
