Aggressive feedback from business.
Purchased tickets for a draw, was looking on website for where and when draw took place, after looking, maybe in the wrong place 🤷♂️, I reached out via FB messenger, asked if draws are broadcast live, reply “yes they are”, I replied “Ok, thank you, I have entered the Ninja Coffee machine comp, when is this drawn and where.?” ”I have looked on web site, but maybe looking in wrong place tia”, replied received back “Live draws are Sundays @ 9pm. The ninja will be drawn next Sunday 😊” , my question asked was not fully answered and the tone of the conversation was that minimal effort, so I replied with “thank you” as this was the tone of the conversation.
Could not find draw at 9pm on Sunday, so struck up a conversation with business, very aggressive tone from business owner/s, as do you know how many messages I get a day, I’m very busy, so we agreed that there site is not for everyone.
I personally would not use again.
But good luck with your 43,000 happy followers.

Hi Derek, thank you for your review 🥱 You asked where to find the draw and I told you, you then thanked me so I assumed you were satisfied with the information I had given you. You then messaged after the draw being passive aggressive saying you would not be entering our draws again because of the “minimal information” I had given you. I explained that i felt I had answered your questions previously and didn’t see what more information you required? You were clearly just looking for an argument last night hence why I blocked you and removed your account, you are now obviously trying to continue that here which will not be happening as I mentioned last night I am very busy, and to be honest I don’t have time for this sort of nonsense. I’m sure you have a lot more time on your hands than I do but maybe you could find yourself a hobby and stop trolling hard working, honest businesses for the most pointless things. I’ll let the hundreds of amazing 5 star reviews speak for themselves and leave this conversation here. Have a lovely day 😊

A great company fronted by amazing staff.
I had a tremendous experience with North Coast Competitions.
Very accessible site and staff were incredibly friendly and respectful when making contact.
Instructions on how to claim prize was explained very clearly and payment made within a matter of minutes.
Highly recommended.
