Fantastic service. The only company in the area who went out of their way to offer a fix while I waited.

Absolutely outstanding service from North Devon Tyres today (31/03/2026) — genuinely couldn’t have asked for better.

I was completely stranded in the middle of nowhere with a non-repairable puncture, and from the very first contact, everything was handled flawlessly. Natalie was brilliant, calm, professional, reassuring, and clearly on top of everything. She made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely under control.

Jamie, the technician who came out to me, was an absolute credit to the company. Friendly, knowledgeable, and seriously efficient, he had the situation assessed and sorted in no time at all. You can tell straight away when someone knows their trade inside out, and Jamie definitely does.

The whole experience was seamless from start to finish, quick response, clear communication, fair pricing, and top-quality workmanship. Proper old-school customer service combined with modern efficiency.

If you ever find yourself stuck, these are the people you want in your corner.

Brilliant service from the Tiverton branch. We took our Ford Transit campervan in for brake discs and a spare tyre - it ended up being more involved than expected (plus some supplier hiccups), but they sorted it all efficiently and kept us informed. Really appreciated the extra effort, and the final cost was lower than expected. Highly recommend.

Called in for puncture repair, sadly needed new tyre, but as on previous visits, staff at Tiverton branch explained reason and dealt with quickly and effectively.

Visited the Launceston Branch of North Devon Tyres this week and met the new Manager, Colin Porter. Was a very helpful and obliging fellow.

I went to Tiverton depot for complete replacement of broken exhaust.Quoted by young .man at reception as £350 max.Booked in for Weds 7th Jan 2026.Phone call later same day to say that part's had to be ordered for next day.Fair enough.Collected the car on Thursday 8th Jan and prese Ted with a bill for £533.58!!!!!.You can imagine .y shock and horror as no previous mention of this huge price increase!.I had to pay as am depe dent on my car being an elderly, disabled lady.Have now looked at the invoice and see that I've been charged twice for some thing's
I am now getting 2 quotes from other local companies to compare, speaking to depot Manager and if no offer to rectify going to higher places.They deserve a minus and are certainly trying it on as far as I can see!!.Please don't go near them!.Lesley Fairclough.

Saw me quickly which was great, but disappointed that I was charged for a valve cap when this was in the car. Didn’t ask me if I had it just charged for a new one.

Also didn’t fix properly so had to go back to get fixed again.

Picked up a nail in car tyre on leaving Portloe. No drama - popped into North Devon Tyres in St Austell. Proper old school tyre repair. Fast and courteous. Mended puncture - checked all pressures and got us on our way. Can highly recommend.

Had a blow out on motorway, helped us out at short notice fitting two new tyres. Great fast service

Looked online at tyre price, it was competitive so visited the garage, then told that was an online only price and the actual price was £30 more according to their manager (who could do with a course in customer service).. nothing on their website makes this clear and according to trading standards it should be. Felt a bit conned, won't bother using again.

If I could put a minus star i would. Sowton branch, 2nd time I've been there. This time in an emergency also with a screw in my tyre. Arrived 15 mins before closing...this is how it went!! Opened reception door, greeted by a sour faced lady starting at me, said nothing! I said "oh is this reception " "yeah" she says, "can you help me please,I have a screw in my tyre, I've pumped it up to get here" she says"well nah we close in 10 mins. Have a word with him" pointing to another room, so I go in, get a load of teeth sucking, then he says "what's the problem" I explain again, enter in another sour face, a bloke with a face like a smacked ar*e, who doesn't even make eye contact, they look at each other, one almost wanting to help. But nope, they say well you could try Marsh Barton, or Mid devon, "no" I say Mid Devon already closed, I've just come from there, "so you cant help, its 12:45 and you don't close till 1pm, but you're not gonna help, what a joke" I left slamming the door behind me. Avoid, at all costs. They are truly awful, there are plenty other places you can go.

Excellent service at Honiton. Very professional helpful and friendly. I took my bmw x1in with a severe puncture and the team were so helpful. They fitted me in and helped me during their very busy schedule. Thank you for your quick and excellent all round service.

Arrived at the squeak of closing as my tyre was literally on the rim, I asked if there was anyone who could help and appreciated they were closing. The response shouted from the office "sorry love we've turned everything off" granted they were closing, but not even an offer to take a look and see if they could help me with anything as an emergency.
Two kiddies in the car, and 2 hours later I got home having had to walk to find a tyre repair kit.
Never have I recently come across so many unhelpful people, especially in service functions.
It's the most desperate situation when you puncture a tyre and are outside a place than can help and they turn their backs.

Tyre pressure light came on. I called in to the Sowton Branch where they willingly, well, just helped....they checked pressures and did a good look round...nothing found, must have been spurious reading.

It only took a few minutes, the chap was really pleasant and helpful - When I asked "how much do I owe you for that" - he said that's OK.

As I say, it only took a few minutes, but a less reputable place may have tried to exploit the situation.

Really thankful for the EXCELLENT service
