i waited for a parcel being delivered…

i waited for a parcel being delivered to me on wednesday which i presumed didnt turn up.however on thursday 12noon ish my friend came to visit me and said that aa large parcel was in my garden and this was soaking wet, it appears on checking my neighbours camera the driver just left it outside without leaving a card or knocking 18 hours earlier, i know covid-19 is all the rage at the moment but this is shocking service as anyone could have taken it.it would have taken a minute or so to knock on the door and he couldnt be bothered to do that.
