My first ring didn’t fit, contacted the customer service and asked for an exchange. They were super helpful! Especially since I was out of the EU which created some difficulties. A very generous and friendly customer service experience.

Overall quality of the product is absolutely amazing, definitely reccomend getting some jewelry from them!

I had a problem with one of the rings to which I emailed supported about it and they responded the next day and sent a new replacement immediately. They also have free exchanges if you want to change sizes which is incredibly convenient.

I ordered a few rings and a bracelet, which I never leave the house without. They offer some great deals, and the pieces are pretty good quality. I also like the packaging, I find it rather elegant. In addition, the customer service is excellent, as I recently had to replace one my pieces and they replied and sent me a brand new replacement within 48h!

Wonderfully crafted! It is relatively thin, hence the super affordable price. Despite the band being thin, it is beautiful and looks like it will hold up to wear and tear.

Excellent customer service! Over a year ago, I ordered a ring that turned out to be too big, and changing the size happened seamlessly despite ordering from a different country. Now, over a year later, the color of the natural stone unexpectedly changed, so I contacted the company. They apologized for the issue and without asking offered to send me a new ring as a replacement. The matter was handled promptly and the new ring was on its way within a day.

I usually don't write reviews but these guys deserve it. I placed a few orders over the years (mostly rings and necklaces) and it was always good quality. Also a fair price I'd say. Once I actually got the wrong order on accident, but they fixed it within a day. Nothing to say but good words so far.

If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I'd surely do. Northern Legacy is a fabulous firm, and their co-owner, Kian, is amazingly supportive: we had an issue with the delivery which Kian got promptly sorted out. Not to mention the outstanding quality of the jewellery. We've purchased many items and we are highly satisfied. We'll surely purchase more items of jewellery from this brand. We bought a second necklace from Northern Legacy because my husband thought he lost the first one which we got two years ago. Found the first one (which is in great shape) which he wears daily. Keeping the second just in case! Great products and great service.

I've been looking for a new brand to find jewelry. I always had problems with gold toned jewelry that the colors faded or they gave a green rash on my fingers and for the first time in my life I found a brand with high sustainability! After 2 months of use my jewelry from NL still look brand new. No dents, no color washing and still very shiny!

I placed an order 4 weeks ago. My order was wrong and I sent it back exactly 4 weeks ago. And still, the company has not refunded my money. This page is definitely a scam. I suggest you not shop.

I've ordered an onyx necklace with a vegvisir charm and i've received a gift because of my comment with the order that the jewerly fits so well with my wedding ring and as a woman you can also wear the jewelry of the brand. I think it is very very veryyy nice they send me a bracelet! The order came in time and I think the jewelry looks amazing. I will definitely order again in the future.
