Felt discriminated against.
Felt discriminated against because of my learning disability and refused to find adjustments, simply 'took the feedback on board.' Now out of pocket and they refused a refund. They should be ashamed.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Through no fault of his own, my elderly neighbour was made homeless.
He has a brain tumour. He can't see and he can't speak.
He is officially classified as a Vulnerable Person by the DWP.
North Northamptonshire Council have not supported him in any way.
Adult Social Services have been notified that he is At Risk.
Yet they have never done anything.
The Housing people at the Council also refused to help him.
After they met him at his GP's surgery,
they promptly deleted his application for social housing.
I don't know if he is alive or dead.
This goes beyond discrimination on the grounds of his disability; it's cruel and abusive.
To put it in the simplest term they are the worst council I have ever seen discriminative unfair and they barely get anything done ie repairs and maintenance and even when they do it isn’t done to a high standards you used to be able to put your trust in your local council not anymore avoid at all costs
