The staff were kind, considerate and empathic, one particular gentlemen went out of his way to help my husband (who has mobility problems) and I. Thank you. The building is light, airy, warm and comfortable and the setting is calm and tranquil. The hour long slots make for a less rushed experience than I have found at other crematoriums.

The sad occasion of our mother's funeral was made more than bearable by the excellent service of both the funeral director and the staff at the crematorium. The location and facilities are superb, and the ambience calm and peaceful. Even with Covid restrictions we were unhurried, and the understated attention was perfect. The entire experience was faultless.

We came for a committal for my father. The ambiance and staff were kind and helpful. We wanted a recording of my neice singing which they uploaded and played for us as we came in and out.
The facility and grounds were beautifully kept and the covid restrictions were clear and not intrusive. In all a good experience.

Funeral service was excellent- beautiful memorial park, clean , tidy, well sign posted, calm and peaceful- staff very friendly and polite

From my first enquiry and my initial visit and then to the day of the funeral everything was dealt with in a professional, helpful and compassionate way.
The chapel is calm and was a perfect setting for our very personal send off to my husband. I loved the photo screens and the music system was excellent.

Our experience was truly a good one. Obviously it was a sad occasion, my father’s funeral, but the venue was comfortable, beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing as can be under the circumstances. A beautifully laid out location, easy to find, tastefully appointed, and accommodating. Thank you to all.

Obviously a very sad occasion but this is a lovely new clean crematorium. Easy to find, lots of parking. The room itself was nice and having a large picture of my late Dad on the screen above the lecture was a nice touch.

Excellently maintained and very professionally managed

This venue is set in the most peaceful location and I have no hesitation in recommending Memoria North Oxfordshire as the best crematorium in my area. The parking was perfect and the seats extremely comfortable making the whole experience beautiful and meaningful at a difficult time.

What a lovely, peaceful place this is. The arrangement of buildings are very well maintained. I loved the fact that there was somewhere to sit quietly in the waiting area that also had a toilet (I had travelled down from Stoke-on-Trent so this facility was vey much welcomed) The staff we did have contact with were very friendly and welcoming.

Memoria was so incredibly respectful in managing my mother's cremation. It was incredibly hard for me trying to organize something from Australia (due to covid) but I honestly could not have wished for a more professional, sensitive organization than this one. From the classy venue to the quality staff I am so very grateful. A job very well done and I highly recommend them.

Despite the sad occasion and Covid restrictions as a family we couldn't fault the professionalism of the staff and the setting for saying farewell.

Nice place nice service everything considering kust a little rushed

My Father's funeral took place in accordance with Government guild lines. I found the location and general peacefulness very comforting. The crematorium is new but I believe that it will be become very sort after. I could not fault the anything about the arrangements, location or the venue itself

A very thoughtful and well delivered service from start to finish. The preparation done by the celebrant in advance ensured that the deceased had a moving and dignified service that everyone appreciated. The team from the undertakers were very professional and respectful which was admired by all present. Altogether a very well run service.

I felt the service was beautiful with a peaceful and serene ambience. The location is ideal and convenient and in time the planting will create a beautiful place to remember loved ones.
