After an unexpected car loss, I was thrown into the car market during the January blizzards. I work an on-call emergency job in rural Saskatchewan, so being without a car is a big problem. After dealing with FOUR other car dealerships, I finally found a company that was honest, timely, considerate, and accurate.
The Customer Service Team at Northside Mitsubishi was FANTASTIC! I had a four person team walk me through the entire process; it was seamless. They LISTENED to my desired car specs., budget, and timings. Each person on the team was polite, trustworthy, and competent. There were no surprises with fees, car problems, or date changes.
Buying a car even during good economic times is full of potential for financial disaster, let alone buying one during the current economic climate. I would like to thank Northside Mitsubishi for their wonderful customer service, and fabulous product (I love my car). I have already recommended this dealership to three other people, and I am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a great automobile from a dependable, honest company. Thank you Northside :)
