Review: be prepared for potential disappointment and an unprofessional attitude

We engaged with this company for two separate projects, and unfortunately, neither yielded the expected results despite significant financial investment.
The first project, for which we paid over $150,000, was focused on Digital PR and SEO content. While they delivered some decent links and content that appeared to be well-made, two years later, we saw no meaningful improvement in our organic traffic or organic revenue, especially considering the large sum we invested. We weren't satisfied, but we assumed it might be because our business was already established and performing well prior to their involvement.
Despite our concerns, we decided to trust them again for a second project for another website, which cost us an additional $76,000. This time, they were supposed to deliver both content and backlinks. The content showed no results, though we were willing to be patient, understanding that SEO can take time. However, the major issue was the backlinks. We paid $22,500 for links, and after 3-4 months, we received absolutely nothing—no links, no results.

The most frustrating part was their response when we reached out to resolve this. We approached the owner respectfully, hoping for a resolution based on our long-term relationship and substantial investment asking only for a refund for the backlinks that we got zero results for. Instead of accepting responsibility, she was dismissive and unprofessional. She initially claimed we still owed money, and when we proved we did not, she changed her excuse to late payments.
In summary, while there may be some chance of positive results with this company, our experience has been overwhelmingly negative. We received no significant outcomes from either project, and when issues were raised, the company refused to take responsibility or issue any refund. If you choose to work with them, be prepared for potential disappointment and an unprofessional attitude if things don't go as planned.

Beware.
