Replacing 10yr old NW Arctic boots
I am replacing my 10 year old NW Arctic boots. I live in Seattle and I ride year round and these have been essential for me. Unfortunately my old pair is wearing out and needs replaced. It was not easy for me to shop and compare products and get what I was looking for. This site is a bit clumsy and not laid out too well when I want a winter boot for road, gravel, mtb. I had to go back and forth and it wasn't clear what the feature differences were.

Buying because the warranty claim is taking months
Im buying this because my warranty claim for for my broken toe straps at my Drake Radar's are taking over 2 months now.
UPDATE: Moving now to one star, as I reached out to the CS team as the reply said
"Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
if you bought them in the shop or wait for the warranty from them" 🤷🏻♂️
I don't even know what that means, but is definitely not helpful.
Northwave products can be great, but the Customer Service has been one of the worst experiences I had.
Also, here is a reply for the shop that is trying to claim the warranty
"Currently NW has not honored any warranty yet this season."
