Spare parts availability
I was looking for a spare part for my binding, send few emails to support center, waiting their reply for few weeks.
I finally received a reply, after few reminders. The apologies for the later reply, December is not a perfect month for urgent purchases. Then everything was fine and fast, they have informed abt the availability of the product, which was delivered in two days. Super happy.

Shipped with stripped bolts. Super poor quality control.
Shipped with stripped bolts. Very disappointed considering the price of these boots. Don’t look used but bolt on cleat is stripped and very difficult to remove (haven’t been able to after 10 minutes.). Now I doubt the rest of the construction if they can’t get that right.

Great customer services
I and my wife previously bought some Northwave cycling boots around a year ago. However the tightening dials on one of each of our boots got lost during a ride. I contacted Northwave for help and they were brilliant and sent me a new pair of dials for our boots. The boots are brilliant for winter use and we are well pleased with them. Excellent customer services from northwave can’t fault them and they have two very happy customers now.
