The product, a military style jacket is of very good quality. I am just disappointed that the item shipped from Germany to Australia by Norvine was not manufactured in Germany, but in China.

Unfortunately 1 star because I ordered…

Unfortunately 1 star because I ordered the hoodie with the bigger logo and I received a hoodie with a smaller logo print and different fit. After I sent some emails to the customer service I did not get a satisfying feedback. They keep finding excuses of why the hoodie is exactly how they sent it because they talked with the supplier and they are not making any more starter hoodies with the bigger logo. They never said it was their fault for uploading different images to their website and making people buy a product that is not in fact the product that you order. Keep sending excuses and giving me the option to return the product , PAID return of course because it was "MY FAULT". Few days ago got a reply that it was in fact the supplier's fault and the problem was on his end because he uploaded wrong pictures to their website. They confirmed that they got a new reply from the supplier and they have the hoodie with the bigger logo and asked me if I want to exchange. I replied that I do and I asked them if I have to pay the shipping for return. They never got back to me. I'm not going to order from them again that's for sure...but they should assume when they make a mistake...and pay from their own pocket for the return..

we are sorry for the experience. Indeed the supplier/manufacturer of the brand had wrong photos in their own catalogue as well. The logo of the purchased hoodie is smaller since this year, the larger logo is an older model. This was updated on our website as soon as we received the information from the manufacturer.
We are sorry for the delays in replying to your emails, this is because your emails kept landing in our spam every time!

Meanwhile your order has been refunded entirely after you returned the product with a prepaid return label provided by us (free of charge for you).

One of the best customer service experiences of my life!

I received a very high-quality hoodie with something wrong with the string thing that cinches the hood, and being the procrastinator that I am, I didn't do anything for over 2 months...and just let it go because I still loved the hoodie and could fix it myself when I found the chance (more procrastination).

Then I stumbled upon an email from them that I missed from over 2 months ago, asking how I was liking the product. Just for the hell of it, I sent them a picture of the broken hoodie cinch thing, just to let them know; and almost immediately, I received a text notification that my shipment is on the way! Yup, a second hoodie, for free!

Long story short, these guys freaking take care of you and understand the importance of customer satisfaction. They are determined to win you over, and they have succeeded with me!

Great company!

Updated review: there was a delay in my order, probably because of corona virus and at first I feared the worst. I've ordered from some untrustworthy sites in the past. Norvine is not the same! When I reached out they responded promptly and even sent me personal updates to let me know when I could expect the package. I received it today in perfect condition and high quality, I totally love it. I was really impressed with their level of service and will buy from them in the future

Seller contacted me after I thought they were out of stock, and found they still had the jacket I wanted in the old stock and contacted me two months after. Great support and great stuff they are selling.
