Nostro 

This is one of the worst prop firms I’ve encountered in the entire forex prop industry. Don’t be tempted by their cheap prices. They intentionally widen spreads to make trading extremely difficult. They also remove or block people from their Discord whenever someone asks about the spreads or payout delays.

They claimed they were doing a server migration and would pause operations for 15–20 days, yet for more than 10 days they kept repeating that their team was “constantly working to cool down the spreads.” Now they’ve even removed the general chat from their Discord because too many people were asking about spreads, payout delays, and compensation accounts — and they’re now saying they are “upgrading to Discord Server 2.0” which is a lie

Overall, Nostro has been the worst firm I’ve dealt with. Spreads on XAU/USD are often 6–8 pips, which is completely unacceptable.

Payout
Well i got my first payout in <48 hours, but i got my second payout less than 15 hours 👍🏽👍🏽

They rejected my payout stating violation rule "mandatory stoploss".This rule didn't exist before they secretly updated this rule recently and the absolute evidence is 1 month ago I received a payout and I didn't use stop loss before so How do I recieved payout with not using stoploss because this rule didn't exist and this inbetween timeframe they didn't announced updation of rule so how can you update a rule secretly and rejected payout.pls stay away from this scammer company and every 5star reviews are paid by giveaway account.

A company that a trader can trust blindly. The simplest rules. There is no hidden rule. The consistency rule that does not deny payout cannot be seen anywhere else. I have taken payouts three times. I am waiting to buy a new one when their big account program starts. The live chatting that solves the traders' problems at any time is wonderful. If you leave aside the problems of server down time, you can trust the company with everything. The program prices are very low. always very good firm.

Trustpilot is it legal those positive reviews to be produced from Nostro giveaway if u write positive review? New customers will cry after that if they believe in that positive score.

a review from their point of view — they are dismissive about everything. If you write to support, they handle your issue superficially, almost as if they don’t even want to hear your side of the story, as if they simply don’t care. Here on Trustpilot they present themselves as honest and transparent, all nice and shiny, but if a trader who is disappointed in them wants to ask questions, they give rejecting, dismissive answers.

They are not fair. The spreads are terrible, and they enforce rules in a way that suits their own interpretation — but never in a way that benefits traders. They write things under the reviews here that are simply not true, or they don’t keep what they promise afterwards. My personal favourite is still the one-month waiting time when you contact support. So keep that in mind: even if you reach out because of an unfair, unjustified account loss, you will still have to wait a whole month for them to answer.
