I went in to spend a gift voucher and have a coffee. Ordered coffee and pancakes. While I waited went and spent my voucher. No bags to put all my goods in. Sat down had my coffee which I must say was good. Then waited a further 30mins for the pancakes. I ended up having them to take out as I had in total waited 45mins and had appointment to go to. Sent 3 emails to the company complaining and not once have they replied. Won’t be going in again.
