If I could give this less than one star…

If I could give this less than one star I would. I never saw my order, they attempted delivery once when I wasn’t home and then it was taken to a sorting facility that I was unable to pick it up from because it is not open to the public. Customer service did nothing to help. The parcel was eventually returned and I was charged a 15% return fee and had to pay for postage even though I DIDNT RECEIVE MY ORDER!

My experience shopping on nothingbutstyle has been positive. was fast and efficient and had amazing deals on the clothing along with an extra coupon code which was a nice surprise. Revived a conformation email straight after purchase too. will be shopping from here again.

Awful experience, never received item.

First time trying to order from this company. As soon as the order was placed I noticed a typo in the address caused by autofill... I went to contact the company immediately only to realise that the only way to contact was via socials, a website form, and direct email. I used all 3. Obviously they are not monitored because 4 hours later I get a dispatch email with the wrong Adress on it... The next day someone contacts me from the company saying nothing can be done. I managed to arrange for the parcel to be delivered to my local post office instead. I watched the parcel sit at a depot the next town over for three days...it eventually arrived at my post office as per tracking update... It says it arrived "in error" and is now on its way to Gatwick... I've wasted a lot of time on various trips to various post offices... And now we don't have the item for the event. Absolute shambles. Still waiting for someone to get back to me... Awful experience.
