Cooked Analytics
Paid $825 for a press release through GlobeNewswire (Notified), and the "results" they showed me were wildly inflated. My own Beacons link-tracking showed 12 views and 5 clicks total on release day, with maybe 1-2 new YouTube subscribers as a direct result. Their dashboard claimed numbers in the thousands.
When I pushed back, their account exec Michèle Heinze admitted she had to "check with product management" because the numbers "differ so much" - which tells you everything about how confident they actually are in their own reporting. After weeks of back-and-forth, still no proper resolution, just excuses about being "only the distribution provider." If your own analytics can't explain a discrepancy of literally thousands of clicks, that's not a reporting glitch, that's cooked data designed to make the service look worth the price tag. Avoid unless you enjoy paying premium prices for numbers that don't hold up to basic scrutiny.
