Bought an item size XXL, tried it on, it was barely an L. Now when looking to get any help, they clearly mention at the end on the confirmation email "please email us here or at this email noreply at notjustclothing.com " which the noreply is clearly a red flag, so dishonest as their confirmation email and website feature an non existing email that bounces back.

I found myself searching in my emails, and noticed that I bought a sweater 3 years prior that was sent with Hermes and never arrive and they just stopped helping me. Never got my item and lost 40£ and now likely an additional 40£. I feel foolish and tricked.

Saw some jumpers on Instagram and ordered from Not Just on Christmas Eve. They were dispatched for a delivery 30th with dpd. They never arrived.
Contacted cust services and was told they would track and get back to me. They didn’t I had to chase them again. They said the parcel was lost and would I like a replacement. I said yes and confirmed address. Heard nothing again. Gave up and requested a refund that only got actioned when I raised a dispute with PayPal. Refund received

I ordered a product on Dec 23, 2022. My credit card was charged. It is January 16, 2023, and the item has not shipped yet. I emailed their support team, and was contacted straight away. Then team informed me that my product was on the way, and should be delivered the next day. I appreciate the quick response.

Their service was excellent and the quality of the sweater was outstanding. My wife absolutely loves it!
