This is the third or fourth jumper I’ve ordered and never had any problems before however this one was ordered and two weeks later I had to send a email to remind them which was replied too promptly only to say it will be despatched the next day a week later and still no jumper so another email was sent I’ve finally received my jumper which I’m happy with as always they are great quality just shame I’ve missed my event to wear it too

A lovely item - sadly too small. When I exchanged it Evri made a mess of it, but Gudnai was excellent at keeping me informed and helping me out. Looking forward to ordering again (but please reconsider using Evri - they are truly terrible and there is no way of contacting them when things go wrong).

I’ve been trying to return my item but to no avail! There is no return address on the website and correspondence only available via email. The online return form is nonsense and website needs to be updated so more customer friendly

Was fuming about the delay of my parcel but the customer service tried their best to make this experience less bad for everyone.

The jumper looks great and a small refund was offered to me for the delay.

Was a one star experience, now I just had to give 4 stars for their effort.

Was meant to have my parcel a week ago, tracking said it would be with me today7 days late and now its been delayed again. Complete joke!

I emailed the customer services. They responded within the hour. My delivery was sent out that day. My only concern is that an XL is more like a large. So beware when ordering.

I bought an England World Cup Xmas Jumper. Great, fun jumper. Really like the design. Delivery is awful internationally, though so beware - order with 3 weeks in mind.

Avoid this company like the plague! A Returns policy that they do NOT honour. No replies, and fictitious excuses about un-named people who " forget" to respond. Returned goods received by them, and NO intention of refund forthcoming - just delaying excuses are given, then (again) zero response.

The work that has went into this Masterpiece is such a Great Honour to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth ll. I must admit that a product made in the UK 🇬🇧. The blanket/Throw is a deep purple colour which was a Very Majestic colour for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth ll Platinum Jubilee. It has a picture of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth ll head designed to look like a 3D effect. Of Queen Elizabeth ll as a young Queen and then a portrayal of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth ll in her current appearance.
The Intense and unique intimate design and meticulous crafting skills makes this blanket such a lovely heirloom for many years to come. It has a beautiful shade of grey scroll which is Very meticulous designed. It is finished off with a beautiful white fringing around the edges. My personal experience with this seller was that they were Very honest and Trustworthy Reliable Seller. I am delighted with my purchase I got from them.
