I was looking for a particular product & needed more information. The online chat service was excellent as was the follow up with an answer that had to be sourced.

Customer service responds within 24hrs.

I have found that when something has gone wrong with my order Nourished Life have always promptly rectified. I have continued using Nourished Life.

I am very pleased with the wide range of toxin free products in Nourished Life shop. So many of the things I look for I found in this shop. Thankyou for your service, selection and customer communication.

Nourished Life have a great selection of products, are prompt to deliver, have a great rewards system including free delivery. I’ve had incorrect products sent out (not often) and the corrective response has been quick, reasonable and apologetic.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. After three attempts at delivering my order - first was lost, then the next two were sent to the wrong State, I’ve finally demanded a refund. It can’t be that hard! I won’t be ordering anything from this site, and neither should you. Awful.

Have placed three orders with Nourished Life, and am happy with the products, price and delivery. Customer service is good, I appreciate the generous samples, and the website is clear and easy to use.

Absolutely addicted!!! I love everything about Nourished Life from there ethical standpoint and nothing toxic in their products. I love seeing what things I can buy and have to say I've developed a bit of an addiction lately 😏 the customer service is also amazing and they are very helpful whenever I've had a question. Cannot fault them! I also love the rewards program and the free little gifts make it exciting everytime you purchase to see what you're going to get! 😁

This company is so much more heavily involved in the natural scene than some other companies people have listed to compare them with. Like, where else are you going to buy the INCREDIBLE brand ‘100% Pure’ in Australia? And often so cheap with the sales! I just read a review where someone complained about talc being in one of the thousands and thousands of products available on this site. Yes, we know talc is bad. But did you know titanium dioxide is also bad? Are you going to be mad at NL and every other company for listing products containing that?

Nourished Life is a LINK between you and natural brands. Natural doesn’t always mean uber clean and organic. You still read the ingredients and look into anything you don’t like! Honestly! Along with avoiding titanium dioxide, I personally avoid glycerin in my skincare too, but I’m not going to rag on every company that doesn’t agree with my qualms about it lol.

The site is so popular that of course they occasionally get behind in orders - but you’re not hearing from the thousands and thousands of people who are fine with order times (I get express inside 5 days and normal within 10 business days) (sure, this was faster pre-COVID, but whatever). The quality and prices are unmatched. The customer service has ALWAYS been incredible for me. I’ve had issues with discount codes etc. and always been taken care of! If something is wrong, they will ALWAYS refund you! Plus, with rewards points, You’re always saving an extra 5-10%!

The absolute worst, the product i ordered was faulty, I eventually spoke to a human after about 12 phone calls and only getting their recorded message & was told to call back if the company who supplied the product hadn't called me within a few days. The company hasn't, its been a week. I have been calling nourished life for days and days, same recorded message, no call back, Nourished life were happy to take my money I think they should be the ones to replace the faulty product, although I am so sick of this that I would rather have a refund from them. Worst customer service ever!!!

This company needs investigating . It would appear that you can inadvertently click on a monthly renewal - I am in fact certain that I did NOT actively click on a box for a monthly renewal. I am convinced that this company is acting in breach of Consumer Contracts regulations. They have also refused to cancel my order stating that it runs on a 28 day renew basis requiring 48 hours notice to cancel - 48 hours from when??
This looks like sharp practice and I am sure that they should be sending customers emails to check that they intend to have their credit card details retained and used without active consent.
I have also seen that others have had this problem. It is actually sad that what looks like a good idea is in fact a total con.

I LOVE the range available on Nourished Life and have been shopping here happily for years. I appreciate the comprehensive product information and there are always new, toxin free products to try. Thanks NL!

This is by far my favourite store, I feel at ease browsing through all the products knowing that the team at Nourished Life have checked each and every ingredient before adding the product to the store, I love knowing that everything that I am purchasing is Toxin Free. Saves me a lot of time having to research each brand or product myself

I am obsessed with this site! They have every toxin free item that I love. I often shop from here for my make up, protein powder, vitamins and household supplies. I know the products on the site can be trusted and are good for my health and home.

For many years Nourished Life has been my favourite online store for all things natural, toxin free and chemical free. The options are endless for all beauty, skincare, haircare, home care and even clothes! Not to mention the customer service team are extremely friendly and helpful with lots of useful information. The loyalty program is also great way to build up points and in return you basically get free money to spend in store! I couldn't recommend this business enough!

Nourished life is my go to for all things health and beauty as they have a huge range of brands to choose from. It's reassuring to know everything I purchase is good for me and toxin free!

Back in June I bought a three month surprise box for a family member. After subscribing and payment received a response that the first box wouldn’t be despatched until 2nd week of august, which was late and only sample size products. Last months box only arrived today (2nd October) in Qld, still sample sized products listed at full price. I have bought surprise beauty boxes before without issue and have been delighted. I trusted the reviews on this one. They blame Aussie post for delays when contacted but other items posted are making it through without delays. Won’t be renewing or recommending which disappoints me.

Got my sister the Noursihed Life 3 month subscription pack for her birthday in August. The first box arrived somewhat on time and the products were a great assortment and volume. But this second box doesn't seem to arriving anytime soon since September is just about finished. I was informed they ship the subscription boxes middle of the month.

My sister is a huge fan of subscription boxes and she was really upset knowing I paid for 3 months worth and she hasn't received her 2nd box yet, is there even a 3rd box coming? Or will Nourished Life ship 2 boxes the 3rd month in? This is the first time a subscription service has done this and it is really disappointing.

I would be understanding if a courtesy email was sent at least informing us that the box is ready or that they're working on it. Yet to keep customers in the dark whilst taking payment in full is unprofessional.

I haven't trialled any of their products, nor will I do so from this experience onwards. Just send the boxes for Pete's sake!

I can confirm with certainty that all your September boxes have not been delievered. No email exists in my inbox nor my junk as you suggest to indicate that the Beauty Box has been shipped.

So far it seems both Melissa and Casey from your Customer Service Team are yet to respond to my emails relating to this order.

Can you provide an update?
